  Neighborhood Chimney Services was great! Hector, Katy, Alex and the crew were great! Hector explained everything in a detailed manner and helped us with what could be a very dangerous situation. I highly recommend!!

  I want to thank The crew from Neighborhood Chimney services. Hector, Ricky, and crew did a fantastic job on a very difficult chimney lining application. Even though there was extended work that needed to be completed due to several bends in the flu, the quoted cost did not change. The team is very professional, respectful, very knowledgeable, and they left both locations of our house extremely clean. Hector explained every obstacle clearly. The team was a great pleasure to work with. My wife even fed them some chili. Highly recommend!

  When I visited their showroom, I was pleasantly greeted by Katie who listened to my questions and guided me through the process of choosing a wood burning stove insert. After considering my options, I returned the next day to place my order. The stove arrived earlier than expected and Katie fit me into their schedule (sooner than originally expected). On day of installation, Hector and Trey arrived right on time. Both handled themselves very professionally, explaining just what needed to be done. Their workmanship was very thorough and impeccable! I am very happy with the finished product and would highly recommend Neighborhood Chimney Services, LLC to anyone seeking such services!

  Had our chimney, for our wood stove, swept. Neighborhood Chimney did a great job. They confirmed the appointment window a few days in advance. They called when they were a half hour away from the house. They covered the flooring in the house when walking to the wood stove. They did a thorough cleaning job and a thorough inspection of all the chimneys in the house. Recommendations were made as to some issues they saw during the inspection but there wasn't any pressure to sell their repair service. They even followed up with their own quality survey the next day.

  Neighborhood Chimney is definitely who you'll want to choose for all your chimney needs.
  
  I have used them multiple times over the years. A few years ago they were the first one to respond the morning after having a close call with a chimney fire. They did a thorough inspection including pictures. They gave me an extremely detailed and reasonable estimate for repairs and installation for not just my wood burning chimney but also for my oil burning chimney. They are very professional and courteous. Office staff is extremely nice and very quick to respond. Their service techs are extremely efficient and very knowledgeable. They go above and beyond and take pride in their work.
  Because of Neighborhood Chimney I can now sleep at ease knowing my family is safer during the colder months.
  
  I want to say a BIG THANK YOU to all at Neighborhood Chimney for doing an excellent job in caring for your customers!
