This is authentic Kerala-style Indian food, and it is good. The proprietors were very gracious and willing to explain what different dishes were and how they were made. Diners are encouraged to eat in the traditional style (with your hands), but there was also silverware available to those who wanted it. The dining area attached to the grocery is quite small, but on Sundays they serve a buffet (though really, you sit at the table and the servers just bring you some of whatever is on the menu for that day) in the overflow space a few doors down from the grocery. I highly recommend!

The food is really excellent , perhaps the only Kerala cuisine in the area. Their lunch buffet is worth trying . If you are looking for Non veg Kerala delicacies then don't miss this spot.

The sunday buffet is good, except for few items all the other curries were truly authentic. The meen(fish) curry was exceptionally great!

Awesome authentic Kerala dishes. Their Mutton Biriyani was splendid. Very very tasty, nice aroma and generous portions. The price is even better $6.99 per order. trust me, I am an expert in tasting biriyani. We eat out a lot. Never tasted this good in Metro Detroit yet. We tried their Kerala mutton curry and beef cutlets which was very good. The lollipop chicken is tasty but thought the price is little steep for that.
The prices for other items are very reasonable. Worth every penny..
The food is sort of made to order. So give yourself little extra time or order ahead over the phone.
Please try this place and you will like it.
