Love it at Narita's. Quiet atmosphere, nice service (little bit of a language barrier but that's ok with me) Food is presented beautifully and is equally as delicious!
Good sushi, sashimi, & nigiri. Service was swift and prompt, good quality fish was served. I just came from Japan and the servings here were far more generous than any place I had in Japan. The miso was excellent as well. I would eat here again.
Exactly what you would expect from next to the airport sushi. You are greeted by a help wanted sign and no host.
My sashimi was god awful and came with a glowing 'ice cube' in the middle. My miso soup was overly salty like they used too much paste or not enough dashi. Finally, an agregious error, the soy sauce was cut rate and tasted old, like the first gust of air from an opened attic.
The staff (once you find them) is wonderful and polite but the ambience is confusing. The bar has awkward and heavy chairs that would be fit in a lounge, not a bar. Further, the rest of the seating is giant pod-like booths that are so I closed you feel like the only one in the restaurant, and not in a pleasant way.
Overall, I give two stars because the server was timely and polite, which makes up for a great many things.
They aren't being legit about there business. They half fill the sushi. I order shrimp tempura and it was barely any shrimp. It wasn't good quality. It wasn't rapped tight enough either. He said they had radish but there was none in my sushi, so he lied. Don't come here go to Sushi Club on girls school road they know how to treat people.
The food is fantastic. I fell in love with the Superman Roll. There was great service too. I'm docking one star because of how they dealt with a situation. Their card machine went down (which was fine there is an atm close by and technology doesn't work all the time), but it seemed like they had no idea what to do. Which it made us wait 40 minutes to get our check to leave.
This won't deter me from coming again, but I believe once they have an action plan when stuff doesn't work might help out.
We were hesitant at first glance from the outside appearance but that was deceitful because The food was amazing! We love Japanese so we try all the different places an this has to b one of the best for fresh flavor! The service was fast an polite! Quiet lovely place! I would recommend this place to everyone!
Haven't been here in awhile. The menu has changed quit a bit. Our server was nice and attentive so I'll give them that. The wait took forever and the food was horrible. I ordered the Mongolian beef and it was more onion than beef. I counted like 6 pieces, six small pieces! Was not even hot! You would think it would be hot since it took forever but nope. The cost was $16! My son and husband ordered the Hawaiian shrimpmy husband was disappointed my son was upset, they said it was eatable. The bathrooms were Horrible! Nasty. If we would have went in there first we would not have stayed. Never coming here again.
Very good sushi and tempura. Atmosphere is quiet and peaceful, derive was polite and attentive. They have some interesting sushi rolls.
My food was ok at best and my buddies seafood was rancid. Hope to not get sick.
Good service. The sushi is a 6 out of ten. The hibachi is a 3
Great tasting. Huge selection. The service is a bit laid back. Come here, relax and try it.
Good food and the service is really nice, although it's sometimes difficult to understand each other. They have tall, semi-private booths, which make it great for date night. Dim lighting, romantic setting. It doesn't look like much from the outside but the inside is cool.
