poor customer service. Don't expect to ever return something for a refund, you'll have to provide extreme levels of evidence for having a defective product. The owners seem pretty stingy and not customer-focused

I love this product more than I can explain. I was hesitant at first because my hair is so extremely fine and changing shampoo and conditioner never works for me without my hair becoming limp and greasy. I tried the Naples shampoo and conditioner in almond coconut on a lazy day, and my hair felt SO AMAZING. Not only is it silky, but it feels so healthy and strong. It also tamed my baby hairs which is incredible.
What really sold me with this company is the face creams. It not only moisturizes your face, but it completely soaks into your face without leaving a dry feeling at all. It made my face feel so velvety and soft!! It's been about 4 days since I used the face cream and my face is STILL velvety and silky and SUPER CLEAR. I don't even have to use face wash at night anymore.
I swear by this product. It has been GREAT on my sensitive skin. I also love the naturalness of this company.
I love this product so much I am going to start selling it in Colorado!

Decent products. Terrible company! Don't give them another dime of your money. The owner is a complete heartless lunatic, who obviously needs mental health care. She fires hard working, good employees counting on their jobs to make a living with no warning and for no logical reason. This company will not last, so don't get attached to their products.

Naples Soap Company is a really horrible company to work for. It's very judgmental, Prejudiced and racist. If you don't dress the way they want, or have the image that they want, the District manager will make nasty comments towards you. They wait until you're close to your 90 days to fire you, so they do not have to give you a reason why they fired you. They only hire people who they feel fit their positions. Which 9 times out of 10, is family or friends that are intimate with each other. All of the black and Hispanic employees work in the warehouse doing slave labor. While the caucasian work in their retail stores. They give new associates one day of training before throwing them on the floor to work by themselves. As soon as you mess up, they talk down to you instead of showing you ways to grow. They don't give you a chance to correct your errors. One mistake and you're done. They call each of their stores to talk about how poor of an employee you are, instead of trying to take proper actions to better their employees. And lastly, everyone in the company will know you are fired before actually firing you. I would not recommend this job to anyone, especially anyone that would be classified as "different."

Had a great experience here! Everything smells lovely and the ladies that were there were really helpful. Answered every question I had. Obviously, don't buy the scented soaps if you have eczema.

While shopping with my mom at Tin City, I saw this shop and convinced her to go in since I love all natural products and nice soaps. The two young women behind the counter never offered to help us and just kept staring at us as if we would steal something. We were the only two in there for a few minutes and discussed some of the products wondering what they did loud enough for staff to hear, but they still never offered any help. I finally asked about the eye cream as the sign says: Eye Cream $16. No mention of what it is supposed to help with, when to put it on, etc. The one girl kinda looked at me like I was crazy but did answer my question and suggested a sampler. I tried the sampler, but there was no sanitary way to do so. No cotton swabs or kleenex. Weird. So I picked one up that looked un-touched to buy. I then unscrewed the lid to see if there was a safety seal to make sure it hadn't been tampered with. Nope- no safety seal, no sticker on the side to tell if it's ever been opened, and it looked completely different than the sample. Then the other employee started after me, "You know there are samples right there if you want to try anything." You would think I just tried to burn the store down the way she spoke to me. At this point several other people were in the store and turned to look at her and me. Sorry, but put seals on your products to I can automatically tell it has not been tampered with and I wouldn't have examined the $16 eye cream. Then I hear her say to the other girl, "Really, I just don't understand that," as if I wasn't right there. Anyway, embarrassed and grossed out, I bought the eye cream and my mom bought about $75 worth of products she had been planning on buying. The eye cream sits unused as I am disguised to try it. It is pretty easy to put a little vertical sticker on each product or a interior seal to avoid products being tampered with. I will not be back even if I do appreciate the pretty smelling soaps- plenty of others out there!
