I have worked with the family that owns this company and say they are very nice people that enjoy having the company i wish that people would learn to communicate better as a whole society and stop being so pissed off all the time most negitave reviews come from negitave people that will never be satisfied with anything good people good food and great location period if you can not be nice please stay home and cook for yourself if you are able don't take your miserable life out on hard working folks that have to deal with all the bs

Used to be one of my favorite eateries, I’ve been a customer for over 6 years. Recently, the overall experience has declined substantially. The receptionists or whomever takes orders are very rude and sound miserable, constantly giving attitude. I’m assuming they are young-ish and “don’t know any better.” Delivery times are getting longer and longer, today I waited 1.5 hours for my order and I live roughly 2 miles away. The food was no longer hot, sandwich was soggy (probably because it was waiting so long to be delivered). Although I am obsessed with their calzones, being treated like an inconvenience and the decline in food quality has trumped my love for calzones. I will no longer be a customer. And the sugar puff so are soggy, the powdered sugar has been obliterated by the prolonged exposure to steam.
Thank you for making my high school and college years great, as we frequently dined there after work.

I live this place but the constant notifactions on the reviews for the last 2 weeks 3-4 times a week are getting obnoxious !!!!! I have tried repeatedly to turn them off and it still continues. The food however I awesome but whatever this app is that is border line harrasing me for my reviews is pissing me off

Being born and raised in New Jersey
(Newark) Where for the most part venders. know how to make great pizza. These are usually locally owned and not franchises. Owners Brian and Carie are from the shore area in New Jersey and know how to make a top notch pizza. Having moved down here in 1989 finding a place that knew how to make pizza was vertuely impossible. I whole heartily recommend Naples Pizza if you are looking for a pie that has authentic ingredients and the owners and their staff know their stuff. Look no further. Naples Pizza is the real deal.

I first came to this pizza place with a friend because she lives near it and had a taste for it so I came with her. The girl working behind the counter, skylar, was rude! Did not say hello or anything and I let it slide. Then I came back and she happened to be working that day as well and gave me a dull look when I walked through the door and did not say hello! And yes, I said i would never come back, but I did because the pizza was good and I figured she would not be there everyday. Well today I came and I specifically asked for fresh pizza because there was one time I came and they put bacon on top of a pizza that was just sittin up and served it to me! The girl at the counter says "No problem, they were just cooked." So she hands me my pizza and I opened the box once I got outside and guess what? It was not fresh! I could look at the dried up sauce on the pizza and tell it was not fresh! So I took it back in for a refund and they REFUSED! They told me I could either take the slices I got or leave without my refund! So the owner comes in and tries to shake my hand, but I didn't let her. Then she tells me she has me on camera "harassing" her employees because I asked for fresh pizza and because I left a review on her employee Skylar! Really? If you don't want us to name the employee, dont put it on the receipt. Each and every time I've come here I've sat down after my order was taken. How is that harassing? So I proceeded to tell her that this is, in fact, my last time coming here. Far better pizza places in Naples. Then she tells me "That's fine. No sweat off my back." Really? I pray she never goes out of business with an attitude like that. Also, if you're black, DO NOT come here to eat. They don't like serving black people and deliberately serve you old food to keep blacks from coming here. I meant to give 0 stars, but google makes you give at least 1 star, unfortunately.

Food is OK. Service is passable. Just don't try to order anything for "later" pick-up. The ONLY pick-up times they will accept are the times THEY approve of. Forget customer focus. Forget under-promise/over-deliver these guys don't know what those words mean. They sure DO know the meaning of "can't", as in you CAN'T get it when YOU want, only when THEY want to give it to you. What a way to build customer loyalty. I have ordered their food quite often this year, but no more. I'd rather eat sawdust than try this place again.
