Very clean. Friendly, helpful staff. Nice pool for the kids. Near lots of things to do. Excellent value.
Hotel is management staff is very unprofessional. Me and girlfriend stayed there in November 2017. Complained about dirty clothes left in drawers reception staff told us to drop off clothes at front desk. Bugs also seen later that night in hotel. Complained to management the next morning the said they would try to discount the charge once senior manager comes. We call back later that afternoon management never return our calls back. Very poor way to run a hotel business will definitely Not EVER recommend this poor establishment to my friends and family when visiting Naples, FL.
I was at this hotel 10/23 to 10/28. Upon entering my room I discovered no soap, no towels and no microwave. The door lock was not secure and I was concerned I wouldn’t be able to get in or get out of the room.
I went into the Mgmt office and they did give me the towels and soap. They did say they would send someone to look at the lock. I didn’t want to wait as I was on vacation. The WiFi was off and on as well. I spoke to the Mgr and he said he would have it looked into.
Over all, my experience here was mediocre at best.
Great place. Nice atmosphere for everyone. Close to a bunch of amenities.
If I could leave less than 1 star I would. Manager Jennifer Dahl is incompetent and the staff is unprofessional. I would definitely recommend people stay elsewhere.
The pictures make this place seem amazing. However, it's not that great. Location is awesome, and price is good. But you get what you paid for. The hotel is old, and family owned. They still use traditional keys for the rooms, and the AC unit I had lacked the ability to cool below 78. Breakfast is nice, but is held outdoors by the pool. Not sure what they do when it's hot. If your looking for a place to sleep, but not really a place to enjoy yourself, than this place isn't bad. I was a hired body guard watching over some clients staying at the Marriott about 20 min away from Naples inn. For us, I think this hotel full filed our needs.
Good location to spend time in Naples. The structure is OK and also the pool is pretty well arranged. Rooms have enough space to be comfortable. The sink is in the main room and it is separated by the toilet. The main problem is related to air conditioning system which is old and uncomfortably noisy.
As far as a cheap hotel goes it is by FAR the best in Naples. I have stayed in a lot of hotels in Naples. This one is nice and inviting. Beds are comfortable and clean. Room is basic but decorated well. The whole Florida vibe and all. But not too tacky. Staff friendly and leave you alone when you want to be left alone. Been here a few times and will continue to do so
it was what we paid. room clean, big enuff. pool was perfect with lotsa chaises. parking was great. plenty of nearby restaurants and banks. ideal location. i go to naples regularly for business and this stay was short so i went inexpensive.
Great service great food
Very clean hotel. Nice staff. I used to live in Naples so when I come back I always stay here. Very nice pool and outdoor area.
This is the ONLY place I've stayed at in Naples. I originally booked here because it was the cheapest spot around town and we were on a tight budget. When we got there, customer service was exceptional from the front desk. They gave us our key to the room and it was very clean and smelled lovely. We had a king size bed and connecting rooms with my family. We had the view to the pool with 2 bistro chairs outside of the rooms so we can hang out and talk. The pool area is nice with a large tiki hut, plenty of chaise lounges and a clean pool. They serve breakfast in the morning so make sure not to miss it. They have bagels, juices, cereal, and fruits. I love it here and it is close to the beaches, piers, and malls. The best part about it is the fact that it is in a central location. For the price, this is my GO-TO Naples spot.
The roaches are real as some have reported. From the reviews apparently not everyone has had an issue. It's up to you if you want to take a chance. Supposedly, my room had been recently upgraded but it still looked like something from the 50's. Also, bring your own comforter. The room does not come with it. I will not come back ever.
