I've been coming here for years, the owner Wesley has always done great work at a fair price. We had 1 van when Irma hit, Wesley stayed late with 1 mechanic to get the van running. I'm so grateful, I highly recommend Naples Auto and Truck!! They really care about their customers.

Consumer beware, I'm in the process of reporting this business to the Better Business Bureau. If I could give less then zero stars I would. I brought my vehicle in to have the a/c repaired and I was told the job would take one day. They had my vehicle for six days and it turned out the issue was not even what they told me it was. So I paid over $800 plus a $65 diagnostic (that I was told would be applied to the repair that was not) to replace a part that was not even the issue. The actual issue should have been around $100 to fix. The a/c was repaired in the end; however, when I picked up my vehicle the exterior was damaged (chipped paint), the interior was damaged (scratched painted in over a dozen places), the center console was damaged (scratched, not reinstalled properly), the contents of my center console (paper work, electronics) were strewn about the vehicle, everything was covered in oil grease, and there were footprints on my bumper. Furthermore, I was handed a pile of parts, electrical connectors, etc. that were not reinstalled when I picked up the vehicle. I told the shop manager that the price was unfair because the work they did was not warranted and asked him to pay for the damage to my vehicle. He said that the price was the price, he would not do anything to repair the damage, and that if I wanted my vehicle back I had to pay. So, I contacted AAA and another independent auto shop in Naples to ask them if the price was accurate, they told me it was double what it should be. I told this to the shop manager, he said he did not care and that they were wrong. Then he told me that I should pay him and get out because I was "starting to *#@* him off." This company employees hackers, liars, and thieves. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else.

Was given quote in shop office by sales person for 3 new tires installed & balanced and including balance of one existing already installed but not balanced new tire. I agreed, called back to confirm details, and setup appointment for my RV trailer. When I came for the appointed time the tires were there but not the sales person and the "owner/boss" wouldn't honor the quote so I left. He didn't seem to be in a very good mood based on our dialogue and how I saw him address his one employee there and another potential customer. He was not prepared to do the work on my trailer and we wasted about 45 minutes by the time I left. I was upgrading to better tires to match the one that had been installed recently after a flat even though my tires were only a year and 2000 miles old. He tried to tell me that they were worn and should be replaced. I was not influenced and worried that since all I had was the quote written on the back of a business card by his sales person this man might try to charge significantly more after the tires were installed and leave me in a real corner! Glad I left! Sorry for the people that work for him.

We have a motorhome and needed an oil change. After going to 5 other places only to be told they were 2 weeks behind, or couldn't work on it..we found this place. They got us right in and the price was reasonable. They were professional and courteous. We didn't wait very long and they were done.
