Ordered part when part arrived it was wrong and it had been damaged in shipping. Tried to contact nalley Isuzu from time I got it to inform them how box was crushed and how to return it It has been 4days and have not received instructions in how to return part and damaged box. It would be helpful to be able to talk to someone when you call them I have called no less then 10 times and left message with return number. Still no reply from Nalley and waiting for return instructions

NEVER ORDER FROM THIS PLACE THEY NEVER ANSWER CALLS OR EMAILS, STILL WAITING 31 DAYS AND COUNTING, AND NO ONE WILL RETURN MY CALLS. NOW THE JUST DONT ANSWER. SAD

I hate the fact that you shipping method cannot tell me what day I should expect my items. And it's been over a week that I have not received or your system updated my items. I will never order from you again

Ultra fast service, part drop shipped directly from an Isuzu parts warehouse. This was the only way to acquire a vac tank for my 99 NPR-HD without going through a local dealer.

Very bad service, I order a part and it was shipped wrong. I have been calling for 1 month and they have not been able to solve my problem. Most of the time I can't contact anyone to helped me out with this.
