Best asian food for hundreds of miles. I've been here several times and I am just blown away by the quality. The seafood is fresh and properly seasoned. The dishes are beautifully presented. Staff is knowledgeable and the bartenders know what they're doing. Even the green tea is high quality matcha (aka not from a bag)! Also, don't skip the DeBrand chocolates for dessert. They are the perfect end to a perfect dining experience. Thanks for being excellent Naked Tchopstix!

Very good sushi options are available. Very good ambience. Some of the fusion food items are lacking a bit of glamor and taste like fried rice and spicy chicken in comparison to other dishes like Sushi.

Went with a group of 9 people. They got us seated very quickly and took our drink orders right away. They were on top of everything. Very satisfied.

Met a friend from out of town. We shared from the small plate menu plus had a noodle bowl and a couple of adult beverages. The whole experience was delightful. Great food, friendly, helpful and attentive wait staff.

I am a Black Card member at my local sushi place in Fair Oaks, Ca; meaning I have spent more than $10k, so I know my sushi. Naked T-chopsticks is AWESOME! Who would have thought I would find fresh sushi in Fort Wayne, IN the service is incredible and the chef customized my entire dinner for me. This is incredible!

This place is great with a great bar and food selection. The dayshift bartender makes drinks strong and really well! Only thing i dont like is the location.

Husband and I went here for a date night and it was just absolutely amazing. It was my first time trying sea urchin, something I've been wanting to try forever but is usually sold out, and the sushi chef not only delivered but personally made sure it was fresh and delicious and boy did he deliver. Absolutely amazing young gentleman who stopped by our table on his way out to see how our food was and thank us for coming.

The rest of the staff was just as polite and accommodating, answering questions and always there when needed. The rest of the food was just as amazing as my sea urchin was.

Seriously, best dining experience I've had in a very long time. Don't pass them up if you interested, and seriously give them a taste if you're out that way and hungry.

Amazing. 5/5. Will return very soon.

I am staying at the Homewoods Suites next to this restaurant, it was an easy walk to it after a day of work. Food is very good, I had a Bento Box, it was plenty of food for 2 people, very tasty! Waitress was very nice, helpful and constantly checking on us. I will go back! The restaurant decor is nice, cozy and clean.

Headed here as we had checked into the Hilton Garden Inn and wanted somewhere close to eat. The food here was really good. I got a beef in soy sauce dish, and my associate got the sushi. Both of us were impressed.
The place has a conditioned wine cellar, a gas fire, and just a generally really nice ambiance with the lighting. There's a sushi bar area if you want to watch the food be prepared, as well as general table seating.
Staff were very friendly and attentive throughout. They were able to supply recommendations for food, drinks and desserts.
One thing that really set this place apart was the truffle and chocolate selection. The cost for a box of 6 was prohibitive for me, but at $3.25 each, it was worth it to us to try one each. They are much bigger than one might expect from the pictures, and deliciously decadent. Well worth a try!
