Went to get my nails done here and was told the wait would be 25 mins. I said okay that’s fine then it turned into 45 mins and then two people came after me and they took them in front of me. Won’t be going back there, left and took my service to Secret Nails !

My first visit was fine. Second visit, they cut my finger with the drill. Third visit, told them no drill, they reluctantly obliged. Wasn't seen until 30 minutes after my scheduled time.

If it's going to be an hour and a half say so! Don't say 30 min, take people who came in after me, and then act surprised when I walk out. Just be honest with customers and let them decide if they can wait or not!

Really nice place for natural nails and peddies. They always use New, sealed equipment on every person. I highly appreciate this fact (new/clean/sealed files, and tools), very few salons do this!!! ❤️ Thank you!

The nail technician was very rough, I asked him for separate times to please be more gentle. He nipped my nail bed with the cutical nippers even after and the lines on my French Manicure were very uneven. When I addressed this they did nothing about it and treated me very rudly. Do not go there!!! After discussing my experience with a friend she said that she had a similar experience and that her nails bruised from the nail bed to the tip and she had to grow them out completely before applying new nails, very uncommon for a gel manicure!
