This place is terrible I was thinking because it’s in the mall it has to be good right? No!!!!!! I was so wrong! First they put me with a man that simply acted as if he did not want to be there turned out he had a appointment so then the manager did my nails she left them with flu an acrylic an nail jell every where no one should go here they don’t like what they do here an they show it wasn’t worth my hard earned $40!!!!!!!

Felt like he didn't want to be here and had better things to do. Said my feet stink and didn't ask if I wanted a design and put the top coat on after my boss and I have said multiple times we wanted matching toes. He said it was too late. He even used the wrong color. At least the lady who did my boss' had me come sit down to finally get the design. $45 was definitely too much for my experience.

What a waste of $25!!! The guy was rude and rushed through painting my nails. I told him I wanted gel which he lied about and they have chipped only one day after getting them done

HORRIBLE! 1st off they are a complete rip off my honey got me a $50 gift certificate for my bday because I sometimes do gel or a french but this time I just did a regular polish the board says mani & pedi $38 but yet the lady took the WHOLE $50 gift certificate. Secondly I brought my polish incase I didn't care for there selection (which I didn't) and the woman told me she couldnt use the color, when I asked why she said "no look good". As if her opinion of what I wanted mattered, great customer service there. When she started my pedicure she was looking all over the place (for someone and at the other techs and customers) not paying attention to what she was doing, she didn't file my nails until I asked and when I did she grumbled. At one point she got up and walked away. Then I'm assuming this lady had an appt but she came over and started chatting with the tech. After about 2 mins I moved my foot to get the techs attention that I a paying customer was still I her chair! She eventually did a good job of my pedicure, after about 45-55 min in the chair. When we moved to the nail table #10 she asked if I wanted the same color I said yes but with a silver tip in a chevron shape (very basic) again I had the polish and again she grumbled and flat out told me NO! My mother inlaw who was with me was shocked and asked "what did she say?". She then replied "I'll do for you". We continued, I showed her a pic of the shape I wanted and she told me my nail was already in that shape and she wasn't going to file them I didn't understand but was so annoyed at that point that I didn't even respond to her. She proceeded to half ass paint my nails crooked and sloppy and just HORRIBLE! I attempted to ask another tech to fix her half ass job and they said she had to fix it and again it was a grumble and sorry excuse for an attempt to fix it. When it was done I left unhappy and annoyed. After my bday weekend I returned and spoke to the manager who reshaped and repolished my nails but even her job was a bit sloppy and done with little to no effort. When I asked about the price and gift certificate and why the woman took the whole thing she said designs are more and I said understood but $12 more for a chevron tip??? Not gel, Not acrylic, Nothing over the top or above and beyondIf you have a choice SAVE YOUR MONEY and go SOMEWHERE ELSE! This salon SUCKS and are a complete RIP OFF!

Went for a wax. Biggest mistake ever. I was desperate and needed it so bad and they were the only place open. What was I thinking?!!? They don't have licenses. She made me bleed!! How can it be legal for her to be able to wax without a license or waiver !!!!!

They are horrible. I showed a tech the nails I wanted, asked her if she could do them. And if she couldn't I told her I'd pick something different. She told me she could do them. About half way through I told her that doesn't look right and she kept ignoring me and saying "she'll finish" I HATE them. NEVER GOING BACK. Complete waste of money!!!

Went here tonight. They gave us 3 different pedicure options between the prices of $25-40. There was 3 of us and we each tried each one. Each of us had a great experience. The women are extremely polite and did a great job.

Went in for a pedicure and gel manicure and walked out as if I didn't even get either. My toes weren't fully painted and where they were painted they were also painted on my skin. My 10 year old could of painted my nails better. My fingernails were so horrible that again not only was there polish all over my skin but he only painted the middle of my nails. on both hands there was no polish on either side of my nails. I didn't notice while in there until I was heading back to where I was staying as I was stopped at a red light. I live 3 hours away so I couldn't go back and for $60 I didn't feel like I should of had to. Thus was the first time in a long time I was able to treat myself and I felt like crying because $60 I shouldn't of spent was wasted on something I couldn't even feel good about. If someone can't simply paint nails they SHOULD NOT work at a nail place. SUCH A RIP OFF!!! I should of at least went and demanded my tip back but again drove 20 mins and that would of been even more gas wasted on such a disappointing and angering experience!!
