Family owned and operated for many years! The knowledgable staff is efficient in knowing what parts you need and quick to offer the part if avaliable. Great pricing too and won't rip you off like other stores. Great place!

They know the kind of parts that the local area needs and keep some Oddball things in stock such as old Yanmar generator parts. My friend broke down at sea and called Napa to check to see if they had it. They did on hand !
I was able to pick it up and deliver it to my friend quickly. They seem to spot me when I walked into the store and they were putting it on the counter as I walked up.
Talk about customer service !!

I was just at Napa in Key Largo for a burnt out taillight and was helped by Richard. Richard was not only extremely helpful in finding the part I needed but went through the extra effort of helping to replace the problem on my vehicle. Wonderful people and wonderful service.

It's amazing how much stuff this store has in stock. I've been there six or seven times and they always have what I need. Everyone is friendly and takes the time to answer your questions and makes sure you get what you need.even boat stuff. Thanks guys.
