Amazing experience using NL Wilson. Another moving company backed out the morning they were supposed to move us and NL Wilson was able to get a crew out the same day. Very friendly, very efficient.

They handled my items with care and nothing was damaged or broken. They performed the job in the estimated time. Everyone was easy to work with from the office staff to the movers. I'd definitely use them again. Fair pricing as well.

NL Wilson is the most professional moving service I have ever used. I have moved many times, and have never been more impressed with a moving company. Moving is a stressful process, but they made it so easy and were very responsive to all questions. I would highly recommend them to anyone that is looking for a stress-free move!

Wow, what a great move. Mike, Brett, Steven and all the guys were terrific. Holly, Jordan and Katelyn were great packers. 1 semi truck, 2-26' trucks, 8 guys and 6 hrs, we were loaded and ready to go. We moved some things to an apartment and the rest to storage. With a 9:00 am start, by 6:00 pm we were unpacked and settled in the apartment.
I have moved 6 times across country with my job and NEVER have I had a moving company take such great care in handling my belongings. I have several highly valued antiques and they were so careful with them. I have never had a moving company spend so much energy wrapping, taping, and constructing cartons. FABULOUS JOB! One of the owners was on the job, the office manager called mid move to check on progress. I couldn't be happier. And, their pricing was so competitive.
And, every person on the job, whether packing, crating or loading was very respectful, polite and genuinely cared about doing the job right. Not one wall scrape, door ding or broken item.

I recently hired NL Wilson and they did an amazing job. They were on time and organized. Moving manager Brett and his crew were very helpfull to our needs and professional. Moving is always stressful and they put my mind at ease. Very easy to do business with. Would recommend them for sure.

Showed up 6 hours late. 8am was scheduled arrival, showed up at 2pm. Packed stuff they weren’t supposed to, To top it off, the manager of the moving team who showed up 6 hours late with the truck was not too friendly. Said our items would be in temperature controlled area, it was stored in hot July summer warehouse. Broke my $10,000 antique chair (that was my fault, I️ should have moved that myself). Proceeded to not want to compensate us without a fight. They did finally give in with a discount. It was really stressful and frustrating.

Overall the move was okay, but if something gets damaged they will not repair or replace it. Their claims department is the absolute worst and won't replace anything broken.

We used NL Wilson to move our house in town and it was a great experience. They fished earlier than they promise and charged us less than quoted. All the movers were very nice and great at their jobs. I would highly recommend this company. A++ Serive and customer service my wife and I own our own business as well and customer service is very important great job NL.

Moving is always a tough situation. Our move manager was Matt and he was a pleasure to work with. The crew manager for our move was Brett; he and the crew did a great job, were polite, careful and helped in any way they could.

We got the good service moving out! And the "your stuck with us" bad service unloading and moving in at the new location.
We moved out of state and got the "swarm" of manpower moving and packing out. One state over and 2 days later we got two people to unload a truck that holds furniture for a 2700 sq ft house. Reluctantly the driver helped to move into the new place. My wife and self had to unload the truck too. Would their companies' liability insurance company approve us to go on their truck and help them unload after asked?
We got bamboozled!

The persons that did the moving were very polite and did a good job both picking up our goods and delivery. We had our goods stored for 2 months. When they delivered our goods, several items were damaged as well as they did not deliver all our items. It has taken over a month to repair damaged items and still have not finished fixing all. Then they delivered one repaired item but left a part back at the warehouse. Prices are good but I would not use them in the future or recommend them to anyone.

Used them twice within a year. First move was great. Second move was a disaster. We were charged $100 more for the second move with less furniture? First move took FOUR HOURS. Second move (with less furniture) took 7 HOURS. By the fourth hour, we were'nt even out of the first house, I had to step in and help the movers pack the big items in their truck. One of the movers threw up in our yard. We only had one truck (had two for the first move) and it did not all fit. I had to use MY OWN PERSONAL TRAILER to help them finish the move. Not only did it waste a whole day, a job that should have taken 4 hours took 7 and I had to take off an additional day of work to finish unpacking. Our sales rep even admitted they had a bad crew that day and it shouldn't have taken as long as it did. He didn't really say much about having to use my own trailer so that must be standard practice. I asked for a refund for a portion of the payment. Two weeks, five emails, and three phone calls later and my sales rep said the owner said "NO REFUND FOR YOU"!
My wife even referred N L Wilson to her clients and they benefited from 5 or 6 additional moves because of the positive experience we had from the first move. The additional $4,000 of revenues they made I guess wasn't enough for them to give us a couple hundred dollars refund for a disastrous experience. It was just the principal of the whole deal that steamed my a**. I don't wish bad on anybody but sooner than later their greed and lack of customer service will catch up with them.
