Top notch service. They continue to be great to work w/ and the customer service is excellent! They kept me informed on the progress of my vehicle and even went out of their way to get the work done in a timely manor. I will continue to take all my vehicles there to have work done. Highly recommend Myers Garage!
What a nightmare! I originally left a great, 5 star review the day after picking up my car from this shop. After a few weeks of driving it, I had to bring it back in due to low oil pressure. After spending over $4300 with this shop, they tell me the engine "could be failing" but weren't sure. When asked if they had retrieved metal shavings from the oil change, the Owner said it was typical protocol to check, but couldn't say for sure. When Mike said he would look into it, instead he came back and said they would take no accountability and had contacted his lawyer. I will not ever work with this shop in the future and will be sure to spread the word to others. It's a shame I even have to give them 1 star.
Mike and the guys at Meyers Garage are the best. Recently had my car in for front end repair to replace the control arms. They completed the work in a timely Manor and were able to save a little money for me by not having to remove additional mounts and parts. Thanks for doing great work.
This auto shop is reliable, honest, and a pleasure to do business with. We had a reoccurring issue with our vehicle and another shop kept saying it was the same thing. They kept “fixing” it and the problem would come back. I took it to Myers and they were able to diagnose and finally repair it properly. I am thankful that we found this auto shop.
By far the most professional and most knowledgeable mechanics, and take the time to go over anything you may need more info on. “HIGHLY” recommend Myers Garage for any automotive need you may have.
I would highly recommend Myers garage. As a woman, it is daunting to go into a service facility and wonder if I will be 1) treated respectfully and 2) overcharged because I don't know a lot about cars. This is not the case at Myers. I was treated with respect and all my questions were answered in a way that I could comprehend. I never felt like I was just a number in the waiting room, but as an actual customer. Any customer looking for a great, reliable place, you have found it.
I went to Myer's Garage after getting an alert on my Nissan that my pressure was low. Luckily, I was on I-74 and only a 1/2 mile from a small town called Litzon. I had my husband call ahead to make sure they'd take me and he said they would.
When I got there. They immediately pulled my SUV back and found the problem. They told me they were going to patch it. About 15 minutes later they had, I paid $25, and they sent me on my way.
I drove about 20 miles and parked my SUV for several hours. Upon returning to my SUV, I had a completely flat tire. I sent a message to the garage on FB, along with a picture.
It was nearly 10pm. The owner had me call him. Instantly offered to come and put my spare on. I said I had it all taken care of, but he was very willing to help in any way he could. The next morning I called back as he had asked and received a full refund.
It might not have been the perfect experience but if I'm ever in the area again - I would definitely go back. The customer service is excellent and this garage truly cares about the people they service.

I called around different areas of Indianapolis to have someone take a look at my vehicle. Every place I called was booked until the following week. I knew after 2 minutes of talking to Mike from Myer's garage that he was a genuine guy. He recommended that I come in for a free estimate and managed to fit me in the schedule that day.
I went to Myer's garage at 3:45pm to get a free estimate. I felt very welcomed when I walked into the building. The lady at the front desk (Mike's wife) showed great hospitality and had me sit down on the recliner and I got a nice cup of coffee. Mike and one of his mechanics came out around 4pm when our appointment was scheduled and got the keys to my vehicle to start their procedure.
After about 15 minutes of drinking coffee and playing on my phone Mike and his crew found exactly what was wrong with my vehicle. Mike came out and shook my hand like I had known him for years. He asked if I would like to see what they were looking at.
I agreed to go out to the garage with him and look at my car on their lift. After about 15 minutes of showing me my vehicle I knew more about my car and it's history than I could have ever figured out on my own. Mike personally printed me a diagnostic sheet with everything we had discussed in the garage. He even gave me advice on which issues I should focus on first.
Together Mike and his crew helped me prioritize every issue he saw wrong with the car. I would recommend Myer's garage to anyone who has ever had a bad experience with auto repair shops. It's hard to find hospitality like that any where anymore.
