  Silver Sands is nothing fancy as far as the motel goes BUT the location is absolutely perfect! They have a large private beach with tables, chairs, lounge chairs, and a dock. The people who work there are very very nice. It's truly a great place to relax and unwind!

  The location is great having a marina to dock your boat for a small fee as well as their own beach on the lake right infront of the accommodations. The motel is just a short drive from Laconia and in walking distance of the Bank of NH Pavillion concert venue. The motel rooms are good for the rate and clean but be aware of the weather as they are not air conditioned. Finally the staff is very friendly and accommodating.
