RUDEST SERVICE DEPARTMENT EVER!!! MY part estimate was $2177. then it was raised to $2500 and when I asked where the additional $300 came from NO ONE COULD ANSWER ME! Instead I was repeatedly threatened that they would take their parts off if I didn't pay it cause they purchased the parts I had already paid a $2000 down payment! I just wanted to know where the additional charges came from. Both Matt and Justin/Jason can't remember that person's name both felt the need to threaten me. I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN. Filing a complaint with Freightliner and BBB!

Terrible service , slow staff. Truck is a 2018 under warranty, it'll take a 2 day wait to get the power steering pump replaced on a pre 98 Detroit series 60 something that takes 1 hour max on a Coronado.
What a joke, you have warranty but even the smallest things is 1 day to 2 day to get to you.
And if i did it myself, i'll have to eat the $300 for the power steering pump.response / report this review -

Great people, excellent service. We had an issue with our new M2 112 freightliner. We were towed in, Matt & his guys took us right in, found the problem with our Cummins ISL9, fixed the problem and we were back on the road to California the same day. Really nice people & shop. We would highly reccomend this shop for your HD truck service.

dont go here for service they suck not sure they even know how change a headlight bulb . May not be the worst freightliner service Dept.there is But definitely up there in the top two!

I checked in at 0830 and checked out at 1130, to change the starter of my 2015 freightliner, they checked my truck like a racing pit lane, not kidding, I'm impressed have to say, thank you all at this shop, Crete driver.

Our FedEx Custom Critical Freightliner truck broke down close to their location. They took our truck in and assisted our driver allowing him to stay at their place while we were looking for a transmission + parts.
Matt the manager and Jeremy did their best and most of all they help us out big time with parts discounts and surprisingly for a Freightliner they did a huge amount of work (transmission, clutch, bell housing, fork, etc etc) for the price we would've gotten in a regular, decent priced shop.
I recommend their services, thank you for the way you helped our driver and the excellent price you gave us in parts plus labor for the job.response / report this review -

Fast and professional team will get u on a road asap, big thanks to service and parts departments! After 200 miles driven check engine lights goes on , I was replacing injector the main thing why I visited them, they make me replace Egr valve which never had problems or any codes, now my dash all in light like Christmas tree for an faulty Egr valve which causing regen problems loose of power etc. I'll say 50/50
