In the past year l have purchased a new furnace/ a/c unit and a new heat pump from Mullen. The customer service was exemplary and the service techs very adept and courteous. A great company.

Through the years Mullen's service to me has been nothing but fantastic. From Scott, the salesman, to all of the service techs, everyone is professional and the quality of work is excellent! As always, I will definitely recommend this company to others and I look forward to using Mullen's in the future!

I manage a very large facility and have been dealing with Mullen for 3 years now and there service has been excellent. They are not afraid to tackle equipment that they have never worked on and repair it. They are always on time and courteous. Great Guys!

Excellent experience with this business. I have an old furnace that had a fan replacement that didn't quite fit. It made a bad racket in my small house. Mullen came and solved the problem - even took it it back to their shop for an adjustment and brought it back in an hour. Great technician, very knowledgeable. Excellent customer service from the first call. Reasonable bill. I won't use anyone else.

Love this business. Had a new air conditioner installed by Laurel Mountain Plumbing and Heating which didn't work, leaving me with no air conditioning this summer on numerous occasions. Despite a few attempts by this business to fix the issue the A/C was never fixed right and the owner just stopped returning my calls. I called Mullen and they sent a technician ASAP who spent two days trouble shooting and ultimately fixing the problem the was due to shoddy workmanship on the install. Won't use anyone else.

Mullen came out and assessed a building I purchased. They recommended a a great unit to replace the xisting unit. They a ran new duct work and programmed the new thermostats. Even came back out in the spring to make sure the air was charged and working properly. Very friendly and great to deal with.
