I wanted a beautiful wreath with lemons and flowers on it at a reasonable price. I do not live in Kentucky but after a referral to the Mt. Washington Florist in Kentucky, I found the perfect wreath on their Website. I called and spoke to the owners daughter Brittany and she set me right up also adding a beautiful bow to the wreath in the colors I requested. They shipped the wreath and it is beautiful! It was more than I even expected! Thanks Brittany and Mt. Washington Florist!

Tried to buy flowers for sister in law memorial since they were right next door to funeral home but they wouldn't return my call ask questions before placing order. So physically went to their place of business and the door was locked and had a note saying to call them. I really wanted to do business with a local florist but they just made it so difficult.

Ended up buying all of my flowers and music Box from touch of elegance on Shelbyville road. They actually answered their phone when I called and was very very helpful and did a beautiful job.

I am very disappointed with the Valentines day flowers I received. My husband chose the perfect flowers for me. The roses and the lilies I love. When I received the bouquet, I noticed that even though he chose the smaller bouquet of the three versions of the enchanted lilies We were shorted three lilies. Two or three of the other lilies had not began to bloom. So I had three that had bloomed. I had four roses. The roses had not begin to bloom all the way which I expected being as how it was a new bouquet. However the stems to all the roses were limp. So the roses were Horrible to look at from the beginning. I meant to review yesterday which would have been 4 to 5 days after I received my flowers. My flowers look as though they are two weeks old. There are three options for the enchanted flower set that my husband chose for me. Even though he chose the smaller set it should still have been as pictured on your website. It was not. Absolutely false advertisement. I do not recommend ordering from this company. The first time we ordered our flowers were laying on their side on our porch. I did not think it was the company‘s fault, because I assumed it could have been the wind. Now with the second batch of flowers being so ragged looking, I am sure that it is just careless set up from the company. I’m sure many will say it is the thought that counts. And the fact that he sent flowers Is very nice. But when spending $60-$70 on a bouquet of flowers, I expect it to look as pictured On the website. And I would hope it would look beautiful as a centerpiece on my dining room table. You all get a one star review from me and have lost 2 customers. It’s a good thing for your company that I cannot post pictures of what these flowers look like four days after receiving them for a special occasion. You would lose customers. I am so upset.

UPDATE: Found a way to put pictures. Please note I received these flowers on Friday Valentine’s Day. And these were pictures I had taken on Tuesday.

I think I have found my forever florist!!!! I called them for a same day delivery and explained what I wanted and that it was for my mom's 82nd birthday. Well let me tell you, I could not have been more pleased with what they delivered!!! The flowers were beautiful and the price was great too. I will certainly be using them again 😊
