Where to begin!! Dr. Justin Kontir and his staff have been absolutely wonderful and have gone ABOVE and BEYOND in treating me and my cat with the utmost dignity and respect!
Dr. Kontir’s patience, knowledge and compassion for animals is quite admirable. Most importantly, his passion for his practice and patients speak for itself! Their new facility is beautiful and most noticeably clean and doesn’t smell! At all!
Becky, his vet technician is AWESOME as well as Christy who I always seem to speak to when I call with an emergency! They’re a special group!
I highly recommend them!!!! I am so grateful I found the right vet that cares about my animals! I’d leave 10 stars if I could!
I called to book a appointment for my dog. I'm from out of town and my dog urgently needed to see a vet. I called and the line rang, no one picked up. Shortly later I called again and got put on hold, after several minutes I was hung up on so I called back. The same lady answered and asked if she could put me on hold again. I informed I was already on hold and was hung up on. She stated she was checking some one out and placed me on hold again and again I was hung up on. I called back a forth time and it just rang again. So needless to say my dog will not be going to this vet. If you can't get a good receptionist you probably have a shitsstic vet. Won't trust the care of my dog to you.
Absolutely UNPROFESSIONAL, and TERRIBLE experience. In my opinion this veterinarian office is unable to maintain a safe and professional atmosphere amongst the chaos and behavior of the office staff. In defense of the Dr., I have to say it his mostly the staff that I find to be a completely unorganized and unprofessional mess. Keep in mind, they are who you deal with most of the time. The office staff has to be one of the most unprofessional and unfriendly I have encountered in a “caregiving” practice. Simply pay attention to the way your calls are answered. I would strongly suggest this provider start recording incoming calls, so as to evaluate customer service. If your pet is seriously ill, or if you have any expectations of being treated professionally, I do not recommend this practice. While they are not expensive, it is obviously testament to the fact, you get what you pay for !!! Save yourself time and aggravation. If you love your pet, and want to feel comfortable and confident in the people responsible for your pets care, I would strongly suggest establishing yourself with a different provider.
I completely trust that my pet's health, happiness and well being are put first at this animal hospital. I know when I bring my dog here, the vets and techs are going to take wonderful care of him, and that peace of mind is greater than any words I can put into this review.
I wish I could give this animal hopsital six stars instead of just five. They're that good. I'm a happy customer for life!
Very sorry to have to give a bad review I am usually fair, but the staff here has pushed my patience to the limit. Especially Brian. We have been trying to obtain heartworm prescription to be phoned to outside vendor for a week now. Have been told numerous times it was faxed. Both dogs 3 and 5 years of age have been on heartworm all of their lives were scheduled to be tested Tuesday. The pharmacist from the outside vendor called this am to tell me that Brian had declined request for script after he told my husband it was faxed. I WILL BE SWITCHING VETS AND HAVE ALREADY MADE AN APPOINTMENT. PLEASE DO NOT LIE TO ME ABOUT MY DOGS HEALTH.I TAKE IT VERY SERIOUSLY. Being untruthful to a client is not ethical
I like the new office. The rooms and waiting area are clean and modern. We usually see Justin. He's friendly and able to answer all my questions. Prices are reasonable and comparable to other places I've gone in the past.
Every time I go here for an appointment I end up waiting 2-2 and 1/2 hours for the office visit.
Received a call from vet office about my son's dog, Lady. The sec on the other end was upset because my son called in for his dog about meds that they wanted to discontinue her on. Number one the dog belongs to my son and he knows what is going on, number two I did not need to be yelled at!!! The sec made me upset the way she was talking to me. I asked if the doctor had a alternative supplement that my son could use for the dog and she started repeating about the meds, which was not what I was asking about; and she also had no clue what to tell me about any alternative solutions to the problem.
In fact the sec said the meds were for the growth on Lady's head, when actually it was for what was going on with Lady's front leg--very misinformed--makes me scared about taking my other two dogs and two cats there now!!!
The vet did not give alternatives that could be done. I told them to call back if they could ever figure out what was going on.
Most important they have my son's cell number they could have called him and left a message!!! He has given them his number over and over again. Makes me think they do not keep track of their records very well!!!!!
Very professional and thorough.
When I called they were very friendly and answered all my questions. During the visit the vet and techs were very friendly. We could tell they truly cared about our kitten and her health :)
I was trolling Google to find a veterinarian for my new Puppy that just got here from a top GS puppy breeder in Michigan.
Have spent Thoundas on her and another dog , picking a new vet might be the most important decision I make !
I currently use Norwin Vetranarian for my older dog and it's now a very distance from my new home. I want the best around for all my animals. Can someone on google help menu recommending to me the best all around Vetranarian in the Mt Pleasant area? This decision could help meson much . Thanks in advance.
