I would highly recommend going elsewhere, unless you are okay with overpaying for used vehicles. The salesman I dealt with was rude and talked in circles. Do your homework and don't get ripped off by this shady establishment!
Bought a 2008 f150 from Mt. Orab ford and after 3 1/2 months and less than 3500 miles the truck needs a new motor. Took it back to Mt. Orab and they would not even look at it! They sent it to another ford dealer. Was told that it needed a new motor, so I called Mt. Orab ford and was told that they would have a meeting and let me know what they where going to do. After 3 days I called and was told that they where not going to help, didn't even have the you know what's to call and tell me! And to top it all off, I was told by the general manager that he tells his family not to buy used vehicles. Can you believe that? If you want to get burned buy from Mt. Orab Ford! I will never buy ford again because of Mt. Orab Ford!!!!!!!!
Extremely pleased with there community involvement. I would also like to thank them for a much needed time with my family at the resent OHANA music fest.
Brandon Cooley was a awesome sales rep!! He was in the parking lot when we pulled up and didn't think twice about helping us!! We were in and out. Thank you so much for all the help!!
I just purchased a Ford Exployer at Mt. Orab Ford. Our salesman was Brandon Copley. Within an hour we were able to agree upon a price. They were very helpful to work with us. This was one or the most easiest car buys my husband and I have experienced over the years.
