I thought we had received excellent service and an excellent roof, turns out that is not the case. In July we got a new roof through Mr Roof because they offered to fight for insurance for us, which has not happened! It is now the middle of December and they are refusing to send the required info our insurance is requesting and now getting screwed out of $3000! I worked two jobs during the summer and marketed for them to get the discount, because they will not provide us with an itemized breakdown of why their estimate is what is it is for our insurance, my insurance gets to pocket the $3000 discount. They screwed us over!! Go somewhere else! Empty promises!!!

Since I posted this review, the Vice President and the manager of the mr roof in my area worked hard to communicate to me and my insurance for clarification and the necessary information. Both the manager and the VP were nice and helpful at resolving the issue. If you have an issue with me roof, I strongly recommend asking for the manager and or VP as they care very much about resolving the issue!!

I recently called Mr. Roof to come check out a possible leaking roof. I noticed a water spot on my ceiling in the dining room. The inspector that showed was Thomas Mcommas. Before he even stepped foot in my house or on the roof he knew everything about it. Once he was finished inspecting everything Thomas sat down with me and explained the history if Mr. Roof to me before going over the estimate. I had never had a company explain their history before bringing up money. Thomas said he has been with Mr. Roof since 2008. I believed everything he told me about the company and the roof situation. I felt I could trust his words which is hard to say about some companies these days. It was a smooth and easy process. Thank you Thomas and Mr. Roof. Keep up the good work and great customer service!!

I had the best experience with the crew that came out, they were extremely friendly and accommodating to any of my requests. Most of my conversations were with Salvador and Jamie, I found out later that Salvador was the crew leader. He was an awesome leader! These guys worked so well together that it was obvious because most of the time they didn’t need to tell each other what they needed they just did it naturally. I cannot say enough on how great my experience with this crew was!
The day they showed up was a miserable cold off and on rainy day. I commented on how miserable it would be to work on a roof on a day like this, Salvador said “oh this is no big deal what’s important is that we get your roof on and your home protected”. This response was surprisingly comforting and set the tone for the rest of the day. I know that customers can be a pain in the butt for workers just by asking questions but it didn’t stop me from doing so. A couple of the guys didn’t understand English and or didn’t speak it very well but instead of ignoring a person or being irritated ( as I’ve experienced many times) these guys stopped whatever they were doing and made sure Salvador came to answer my questions and he did not answer from the top of the roof where he was working he came down to talk to me each and every time I asked a question. I appreciated this very much! He could’ve answered from the roof or even said I’ll be down in a couple of minutes but he did none of this he came the instant I asked a question.
The work these guys did was excellent! It looks great, of course time will tell on how well the roof will do but I can tell you that these guys did not do anything the easy way, down to my shed. If the look has any representation of the durability of the roof then I know I have no worries for a very long time.
I would definitely recommend this crew/company to anyone.

Couldn’t be happier with my new roof! Marc Hansson did an excellent job of explaining the whole installation process and warranty and gave me a fair estimate. The crew came out to replace my roof within 2 weeks of me signing the contract and completed the job in about 10 hours. They were professional, hardworking, and cleaned up well.

I had trouble getting other roofing companies to follow through on appointments and give me estimates, but Marc and the crew at Mr. Roof were prompt and reliable. Highly recommended!

I have to say that I am 100 percent satisfied with Mr. Roof and the staff. I sat down with a Marc Hanson with no roof knowledge and by the end of the meeting I was fully educated on roof structure and other details. The crew that came out replace my roof were pleasant and very professional. They had replaced my entire roof in appox 10 hours and looks great.

Had my roof replaced in May, the crew was here at 7:00 am and my roof was completed by 1:00 that afternoon!!
I can't thank Mr. Roof enough for the new roof and all the help they gave me!! Very professional and the cleanup was amazing, considering that they tore off the old roof!! Andrew, my sales rep, helped me pick the right shingle and color too!! Love,love,love my new roof! Thanks Mr. Roof!!!!!!!!

I had my roof replaced 9 years ago and they charged me for plywood they didn't put on and my roof still leaked I fought with them for 3 years after the installation and now it's leaking again! I currently have a leak in the roof and when I called about my 30 year warranty I was told it was only on the shingles if they were damaged or broken ! So much for the WONDERFUL warranty they brag about. Now I'm going with a real reputable company !

After receiving a couple quotes for our rubber roof tear-off/re-lay we chose Mr. Roof. It took a bit longer than expected to get a crew out but I think this time of year (fall) must be really busy. We were originally sent a subcontracted crew and they were not meeting our expectations for job quality or being on schedule. After voicing concern with our project manager Dave, he sent out their most experienced rubber roof guy and personally accompanied him to re-do the whole job to meet our expectations. This went a long way as we were battling water leaks and mold and we needed a perfect job for peace of mind! The cost was fair/competitive and I'm very happy with their warranty. I would use Mr. Roof again in the future.

We received estimates from 3 different companies and went with Mr. Roof because of the warranty they provide. The estimate was comparable to other local companies but the warranty was unbeatable. The process was easy, the staff were friendly and the crew was thorough. David Turner (the project manager), was available to answer questions and came out for an inspection to make sure everything was completed and satisfactory. I was impressed with the clean up after the roof was completed. We absolutely recommend Mr. Roof.

Exceptional service and competitive pricing! Victor clearly explained our options and the process to us in detail and was able to work within our budget. The roofers came out on the day schedule and the exact time expected. Everything was complete by dinner time. They cleaned up everything with no evidence left of the tear off that had been done that morning. Would recommend!

We recently found out that Mr Roof does more than just roofs. We had all new gutters, 12 windows and garage door installed. Mr Roof was lower in price than any of the competitors. Each project was completed within one day with great communication. The best part was the fantastic cleanup process, no mess at all.
