Joel of Mr. Mold came out and spent 2 hours assessing my home. He is thorough, patient, caring, and so informative. I learned so much from him. I called Mr. Mold because I had really bad toxic mold exposure that was discovered in February. My apartment was repaired and cleared in March, and I am currently in treatment and getting better. However, I wanted to be 100% sure my home is safe now, as well as avoid any future, potential areas that could have mold or water damage that could turn into mold. I am so happy I called them and am looking forward to getting the report back with the full assessment of my home. The doctor treating me for mold illness--Dr. Chris Estes--recommended Mr. Mold because of how thorough they are. I see this firsthand and highly recommend them and the owner, Joel.

I have never written an online review, but feel compelled to do so after our very positive experience with Mr. Mold. After interviewing many mold remediation companies for my elderly parents, we hired Joel Heiblum, owner of Mr. Mold and it was the best decision. Joel delivered on every promise he made. His communication and patience with me and my parents went above and beyond. The project was started on time, the guys showed up each day, and they took care of my parents home. Each employee was professional, courteous, and followed through as promised. We have peace of mind as my parents move back into their home. Thank you!

Mold remediation can be a very stressful time for any homeowner. However, Joel (the owner) has been there for me from the very start. He pretty much educated me on the entire remediation process and made sure all the right precautions were taken to protect the apartment, personal belongings and furniture. What really gave me a piece of mind was the fact that Jose, the project manager ALWAYS picked up my calls and answered any questions or concerns I had during the entire project. Jose is someone you can count on. He cared about my apartment and the situation I was dealing with. I was able to see with my own eyes how attentive to detail they were. This not only gave me visual confirmation of all the work they did but it confirmed the scope of work required to leave my home mold free. Joel, Jose and the entire team is as professional and courteous as they come. What sets them apart from everyone else is the fact that till today I know I can count on them to pick up my calls and give me advice. What more can you ask as a homeowner. Thank you Guys! We suspected our house had mold and once it was confirmed we contacted 4 mold remediation companies. From the initial visit with Joel, I was already leaning towards choosing his company to complete the work. However, I always like to do my research and after doing so I was convinced he was the one for the job. His ultimate goal is to ensure the well being and health of your family.

Once the mold remediation process began, the extent of the mold in our house was greater than expected. He always communicated any news in a calm and reassuring manner. Additionally, he answered my multiple phone calls and texts throughout the whole process (and there were a lot). Without hesitation, I recommend Mr. Mold if you ever find yourself in need of his services.
