  Dr Johnson was very professional, diagnosed my ear situation accurately, and gave me excellent advice for preventive care. Facility was nice and clean; everyone was super nice and helpful. Highly recommend.

  What an efficiently run practice! Stephanie was incredibly skilled and made the whole process smooth and painless. She is a master!

  Very clean facility. Front desk staff are very nice and helpful. My son needed a nasal endoscopy and the MA was very nice, explained everything she was going to do to my son before the procedure would be done. The PA was also very nice and made my son feel very comfortable. I will definitely recommend this office and will take him back for his 6 month follow up.

  The PA who saw me during my visit was lovely, but the doctor was cold and unhelpful. Repeated everything she did. Didn't even sit down. He was just too busy to be bothered. After having answered the same questions 4 times at that point only to be sent to another facility for a hearing test I am convinced this place is strictly interested in collecting payment from insurance NOT in helping their clients. We're just a way for them to get paid. They don't seem to care about our well-being.

  My Last Appointment at the White Memorial Office was great. Love my doctor and his assistant as well as the staff at this location. I was well taken care of
