Ordered a delmonico steak with peppercorn finish....cooked perfectly. 1/4 of the steak was seasoned correctly 3/4 of it was drowned in peppercorns....at least 3 tablespoons. Waiter didn't seem concerned in the slightest....I've ordered this before and it was not like this at all. Then towards the end of dinner waiter came over to say the manager wants to close down and we had to get up. All the while there were at least 50 other diners still in the early stages of their meals. My last visit here as I will never be returning. Save your money and dine elsewhere. They are not and never will be as good as No. 5

My favorite restaurant in The Southern Tier! Beautiful ambiance, delicious food and great wait staff! Always a great place for romantic dinners or fun with friends.

Great, somewhat upscale restaurant. The food and drinks are great! The service is good, but prepared to wait a bit for the food to come out. It is definitely worth the wait though!

We found this little gem by picking a restaurant randomly on the map it is was a great discovery. Great service and excellent food. I wish I could easily go back often because it was a great experience.

Best steak in town! This is one of our favorite restaurants for a special occasion. The service is excellent. All of the entrees are tasty. The pizza is great. My one and only disappointment so far has been the hamburger.

One of my favorites. AlwYs a good meal. I love the lamb here, wood fired pizza and the polents side is crisoy and creamy inside. Its all yummy. Great wine selection too.

My wife and I were greatly impressed with our first visit to Moxies. The food and ambiance were great and our server Bobby very engaging. The one issue we had was the price on a bottle of wine. We ordered a bottle of St Francis Old Vine Zin price $50. Two days later I noticed at the PA State liquor store the price was $18. I don't know if we paid an additional tax on the $50 but that kind of mark up is uncalled for in my book. My point is that the owners should consider a reasonable markup say twice the cost? That would be $36 not $50. My wife says she's going to chalk up our dinner as a learning experience and never go back.

Great food, great atmosphere, great service. The whiskey BBQ steak skewer appetizer is phenomenal, as is the moxie burger!
Prices are on the higher side here, but it's a great place for a date night if you don't mind spending the money!report this review
