After speaking with Steve determined the car hit something. Sorry for the rant on my granddaughters car. Next time will just buy local.

Had a new rear wheel bearing put on my Escape. They accepted the parts I bought, did a fantastic job, rather quickly, and made sure to stress that if I had any problems at all to bring it back and they'd make it right!! Highly recommend Steve and his crew!!

Bought a 2001 Isuzu Rodeo fr Steve. He had it up on a rack for mW to look under it. Did not pressure me in anyway on buying it. Very honest and fair. Would deal with him again and would send others to him. Thanks Steve.

My wife and I took our f-350 here for an alignment and it was done by someone who Steve was training. The next day, we took the truck to a Ford dealership for an engine scan. Though the scan was unrelated to the work done at Mowerys, they did find this the alignment was not correct. We called, and Steve had us bring it back in right away.
He found that the equipment had not been set up properly the first time, and apologized for the error. He stressed their desire to do things the right way, always. I'm totally impressed with Steve and his crew. They were kind, and talkative, and were willing to show me what they were working on. It's not one of those shops where you have to just stand around for twenty minutes and wait for someone to give you the time of day. This crew is great, and I love seeing Steve teach them how he wants things done.
By the way, the second alignment has been great.response / report this review
