  Josh who spent 6 hrs .listening to my needs and want list. Was polite and courteous. ..we looked at many vehicles .and he wrote a list. Of 4 possibilities. ..if I don't get one at least I had great representative of St Marys Chevrolet. ..have bought a vehicle here last yr .and they did produce a great vehicle for my ex girlfriend.

  We live 2 hours away from this dealership. This dealership set up an appointment for us to see a vehicle. So we traveled the 2 hours to get to St. Marys Chevrolet, but when we arrived at our scheduled time, it appears that joke was on us because as we were traveling to the dealership, they sold the vehicle to someone else an hour before we arrived. Really?? why schedule appointments when they really do not matter? Very disappointed with the sales folks at this dealership.

  We didn't have to drive to the dealership, a loaner was brought to me until my vehicle was done. Then they brought my vehicle back to me. It was so nice not worrying about driving to the dealership, etc. Great customer service!!! Thanks!!!

  Pete, Jen, and the Service Technicians are the best in North Central Pennsylvania. You can always expect exceptional service with them. I drive up from Pittsburgh to have my vehicle serviced by them. They are the best.

  Brandee and the service technicians were wonderful work with. They took care of my service appointment, my recall and even installed bed corner protectors. It was a quick and simple process and I would recommend them to anyone.
