All I want to know is what cabins did the people that rated these cabins at a 4 or 5 stars stay in .The cabin I stayed in was not maintained at all.I had carpenter ants running all over my feet when I went out side to have a cigarette. They have a cheep pool table that you could not even use unless you have a 2 foot cue stick.The tvs are from 1990s The surround sound is a joke.The deck is wrotted. Watch out for splinters. I have to say the people that work there are very nice but don't ask to speak to owner he cannot be contacted and when I asked if I could get a discount for the condition of the cabin I was told no and there is no one in the office that can authorize that. These cabins were built in the 70s& 80s and I think they quit maintaining them In the 90s. I think they already maid there money now they aren't maintaining anything and picking up scraps from people that don't know any better
If you are the owner you can call that No. Also if you even look at these post.because you don't care about the condition of cabins just keep sending him money so he can stay in a great place on his vacation.

Our foursome stayed at the Alpine Getaway Cabin. It is a nice cabin, but it needed cleaning. I literally wrote "clean me" on top of the dresser. This property hasn't seen a good cleaning in a very long time. The windows were filthy, the carpet old and pulling up and the stairwell to the loft is dangerous. We lost all of the food we brought because the refrigerator froze it all, it was on the lowest setting. The coffee machine didn't work without leaking on the bottom ,the floors were dirty, with noticible dirt in all corners. The hot tub had so many chemicals it burned your eyes and foamed. Only one corner of jets worked and they were weak. People need to know what they are getting into here. This cabin has no view..it backs up to thick woods and you have no clearing to enjoy the property. The beds were comfortable. The showers are small and the toilets are only about 2 feet tall . It's basically outdated and they don't clean it, but yet charge high prices.

Such a great trip! The cabin was greatly furnished, and we had everything we needed--especially the relaxing weekend we got!! Also the hot tub and mountain view we had at our cabin wasn't too shabby either((:

We have been using MLC for over 4 years now. They are always top notch and definitely are there to help when needed. Look forward to trying a different Chalet when we come down next time. G-Burg is awesome and would definitely love to get a vacation home in the mountains down there one day.

Recently stayed in the Billion Dollar view cabin- 3/11/17. I really liked that it wasn't too far up the mountain, really easy to get to. The drive way area was nice and flat making it easy to get your luggage in and out. The view was spectacular and the jacuzzi was an experience especially while the snow was falling. The cabin has 4 bedrooms which are all nice sizes. I like that there were 2 upstairs and 2 downstairs which allowed the young adults to have their own space. The gate and alarm made us all feel safe. This cabin could use some TLC. One of the bedrooms upstairs had a wasp in it. We never wound up killing it because I believe it went back into its nest in the ceilings. There is also a terrible infestation of what I believe to be termites in the kitchen ceiling. This was reported to the office staff. I hope these issues get rectified because it truly can be a great cabin. We spent most of our time on the Gatlinburg strip, as I like to call it. A wonderful town, with things to do for people of all ages.

We stayed at Toggen Haus. It had a beautiful view and was a very nice cabin. Easy to get to up the mountain. Not too many turns in the road. We had all we needed for an absolute great time. We will stay again. Was very cozy and had an awesome balcony. Hot tub was great. Fabulous time.

This is a wonderful and awesome cabin rental company to do business with. The Honeymoon chalets I stayed at was very spacious and definitely worth the price I paid for it. The cabin was very clean, everything worked inside of it, the view was amazing and the staff was very helpful, welcoming & extra nice. They even give you a bundle of free firewood & deliver more to you if need be. The rental office is easy to find & so was the chalet. It was very peaceful & quiet also where we stayed. It's hard to find a company to do business with that you can trust when there are so many other cabin rental businesses out there. This business you can definitely trust and I will definitely be booking my future cabin with Mountain Laurel Chalets again.
