Mostly rude staff when there. I don't remember the woman's name who helped me but she wasn't very rude, and threw her highlighter when I found out that I couldn't switch my license to Ohio without a different form of proof that I live here --- although multiple phone calls to staff told me that all I needed was a piece of mail, nothing specific--- so staff isn't educated on what they need to tell callers. Then when you get in your a** gets chewed.

Even if it is packed in there you never wait that long. Very friendly eager to help you. As for the smell as someone mentioned. Did they bath & use deodorant before they got there ???

The wait here is quick even at their busiest times. The upper management is friendly, and willing to sort out any snafus. Definitely a great place!

Waited 15 minutes for one person to be helped! Extremely slow and it kinda smelled weird in here . Would not recommend

thank you julia and kristen for being patient with my father during his license renewal. older people are just People that have learned to deal with decreasing hearing and motor skills. thank you for giving him the extra time to let him calm down and use the abilities that he has. he had a new spring in his step all evening
