CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS. I had came in sat in the lobby for 10 mins no one at the receptionist desk. The room next door was a full on conversation about how this females care was used somewhere in South America when she was in Massachusetts and got her money refunded back plus the Olive Garden that she had too. Finally a guy came out asked if I had a appointment and walked back into the room before I could ask him him a question. I waiting 5 mins to see if someone will come out again. No. So I just walked out when I noticed I had the appointment later in the day. When I came back there was someone at the receptionist but she was having a conversation with a co worker didn’t greet me when I came in once I sat down she asked me if I had a appointment. Very unprofessional experience.
Counseling here was a complete joke!
Let alone throughout the sessions the “professional counselor” would wear extremely leg exposing attire about an inch away from her butt cheeks ..
The intern aka counselor could not care any less!
We agree on a time, next thing I receive a voicemail stating I missed the appointment at an earlier time I had no idea was scheduled.
Don’t call the 24/7 hotline
They help battered women and children. They help so much!! They go above and beyond to extend a helping hand. They will help you find resources for work, housing and even food. They go above and beyond all expectations you could ever have! Their staff is so helpful, friendly and informative! I love Jerusalem!! So kind, big heart really! They will help you get back on your feet and help you to find the right counselor that best can help you heal from abuse.
Have you ever doubted that money donations for United Way goes for really good purposes?
Visit this place, know about what they do, know about the cases they support, ask the for a tour if you need to SEE the real families getting the help.
This is real. I can give you my testimony, since they saved my life and my 2 young kids.
