  I will never use this company again. The black driver tried to run up the meeter and then when I called him on it he turned around and dropped me off more than a mile away from where I was picked up. I would like to spend my money with local people but screw this company.

  Me and my husband have been using this taxi service for almost two years and have spent thousands of dollars with them. I have no issues with them except for today when we tried to order a taxi to take my children to school, the dispatcher was extremely rude for no reason and proceeded to hang up on my husband and he never sent the taxi. When my husband tried to call back he realized that his number was blocked. I tried to call from my phone and he hung up on me as well and never sent the taxi and my number was also blocked when I tried to call back. I even tried calling from my other phones and he hung up and blocked those numbers as well. We still don’t have a clear reason as to why he acted like this. We normally don’t have any issues with the taxi service but today was ridiculous. We we’re not able to get my children to school. This effects our money because we use the taxi service to get to work but now we have to find an alternative. It’s very unfortunate because we have spent thousands of dollars with them in the past.

  Customer friendly and they're Bilingual. I was visiting from NYC and taking my 4 grands to do a little shopping. The driver took me to a very familiar area with popular stores to shop. He was kind and helpful. Blessings

  I've only used this service once. I was out of town and took the train to /from the airport. I usually use another taxi service . but when they couldn't provide service as a 24 HR. operation? I called Morelia . They were there in 15 min. I only live about 10 min away. The driver was AWESOME ! Very friendly and professional. I will now use Morelia from now on for all my taxi needs. Great job ! 👍

  I gave 3 stars because they tend to have lowest cost when comparing to other ride services. They lost the rest because they can not ever seem to let you know when they are arriving (I don't care if they will not show for an hour as long as they say a more accurate time, example they say 254pm and arrive at 3:04 pm a 10 minutes grace period is acceptable. They say 10 minutes and arrive an hour later. They do not verify their passengers and allow others to jump line.
