We used SGA to replace and repair an automatic gate for our neighborhood. From start to finish, they were very responsive and showed a high level of professionalism. Due to Covid and unforeseen complications, this job took a while to complete. However, during that time, SGA and their masonry contractor never made us feel as though we had slipped through the cracks. Special thanks to David, Trudy & Casey who were instrumental in getting our job complete.

I work for a company that had our gate installed by Nathan who was extremely professional and just a joy of a person. The chain to our gate had to be repaired and they explained they would have a technician out in a couple days which is still a pretty quick response time. It was even quicker to our surprise when we saw Nathan walking up! He was here to fix our gate a day early and went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of. All our customers really liked him and his sparkling personality. He explained everything and the gate ended up being even better than before! He did a fantastic job and I couldn't recommend anyone more. Definitely Five Star service!

EXCELLENT SERVICE/COMPANY! From the initial call to the billing, I couldn't be happier! Casey arrived before scheduled time which was perfect. He was professional and truly knew everything about my security gate. He explained every step of the maintenance, making notes for future inspections. I highly recommend this company! I've been around and aware of security gate for the past 15 years since their inception. I find their owners and estimators be highly skilled and quite knowledgeable in their field. Their technicians are licensed by the state and and are trained and certified to national industrial standards. I would highly recommend them for any job weather residential or commercial no matter how big or how small.
