Well-stocked sewing store w/welcoming, helpful staff. Found a hard-to-find foot for my Pfaff. If I lived in the area, I'd trust them to service my machines.

Great customer service! I dropped off my Dyson here shortly after learning they service vacuums. I found out through my Dyson warrantee I had to drop my vacuum off at another designated service center in order to get it covered. I called and spoke with Aaron and he mentioned he would return the vacuum.
When my husband picked up the vacuum Aaron explained he fixed the issue at no charge. He also cleaned our Dyson and all the filters and it was complementary. My Dyson feels and cleans like it's new again! Hopefully, I don't have to take my vacuum back anytime soon for servicing but I do plan on taking some sewing classes at the store soon. I over heard other customers mentioning they drive from 30+miles away.
I highly recommend this store for all your vacuum and sewing needs :)

Right now I'm sitting in a sewing class at Moore's sewing center in Mission Viejo. Classes are just one of the many perks from Moore's in Mission Viejo. Fun and knowledgeable employees who are happy to answer any questions repair my machines.

Personnel was very nice and helpful. It truly is a community store and go there every time I need help with my vacuum cleaner. If I ever take up sewing I know I will come to Moores.
