Been living here for months maintains people are scared of dogs so they won't do the job unless you home. The staff at the rental office are racist.

THEY SUCKKKKKKKKK!! THEY DO NOT CARE. THEY DON'T CARE IF YOU LIVE THERE. THEY LET THE POLICE HARRASSE YOU AND YOUR FAMILY MEMBER. YOU CANT HABE GUESTS. ALL THEY CARE ABOUF IS YOUR MONEY. THATS IT. I RECOMMEND NO ONE TO LIVE THERE. THE COMMUNITY ITS SELF IS HORRIBLE!

Nice apartments but mess up a/c units. My house is nearly 95 degrees.

Based on my experience. You can leave them voice messages on the number listed. They will not return the call. Automatic system works great if someone would pick up the voice messages and return the call. I hope that improves one day.

It's not easy to live on this property. I'm about to move. Landlord constantly putting court notice on my door, because I pay my rent on the 7 , 8, or the 10th .Per lease agreement we have until the 10 th any day after that you would be late. I have never paid a late fee. When they do repairs in your unit it's just like they never came. Washers and dryers are hortible .You better off at the laundy mat. They're very envy they don't want to see you have anything .Thanks for me paying my rent I'm able to get out of there. The kids don't use the playground they use the parking lot to play football and whatever game they want to play. They hardly have any guest parking. Just few tips you really don't want to live here .

Do not move to these apts resident manager leith walker is incompetent and she does not manage the property right the maintenance male employees sexually harass the women and when the women show no interest in them they refuse to do the job they where hired to do they even go the extra mile and direct the contractors to not service or repair residents apts. Majority of the tenants have in house vouchers who don't have a solid 10yr work history and they live like dirty animals with packs of crowds who bother people for no apparent reason at all.

Don't move here, they have a terrible Leasing Manager, she is never available to resolve any problems. The property is mice infested. I called them everyday for three months it wasn't until I told them verbally that I was moving out that they came to do something about the building. It no longer mattered to me because I was determined to leave. I can't wait to go to court. The judge will be surprise to see all of my Videos. I just might own MPB real soon.

My girlfriend and I lived there for two years.

    Pros:
    - We were on the top floor of the building with the highest elevation so the view was pretty nice.
    - Also the floors and walls being made of concrete kept noise levels to a minimum and insulated the apartment.
    - We rarely had to turn the heat on in the winter.
    - And we are dead certain our apartment was incorrectly measured. It really felt larger than it was.

That is pretty much where the good points end.

    Cons:
    - Had three homicides nearby within those two years.
    - Neighbors below us were heavy smokers. Cigarettes, blunt, joints. Had to keep the doors closed during the summer.
    - Washer and dryer were just awful. Dryer had to be run twice for every single load of wash. Would have to dedicate and entire weekend to getting caught up on laundry. To top it off, the cloths would come out impressively wrinkled.
    - Broken glass on ground made it difficult to walk our dog. Glass shard in the grass cut his foot at least once.
    - Ice cream truck's jingle every afternoon in the summer.
    - We don't crate our dog so Maintenance guys wouldn't come in. I know they don't schedule but at least a ballpark date would've been nice. We could've taken our dog to my gf's parents.
    - Leasing office was great when we first moved in. The young lady remembered our names. Then she was moved to another building. The staff there just didn't bother to know any of the tenants.
    - Neighbors double parked all the time.

    That's about it.
