Worst place ever No workers on the floor to make sure that no kids were getting hurt No one on the front desk to greet us as we walked in Terrible service guy on the front was sagging his pants.. No good toy options Worst since a few years ago

This place is gross and sucks. No healthy food options like Hippo Hop. Easy to loose your kids in this place. This is a big kid place definitely.

DO NOT BRING YOUR CHILDREN HERE !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Let me just say I am highly disappointed in this establishment. I planned a party for my son here and the $200 was not worth it at all. It is filthy I had to wipe down the toilet before I could allow.my child to use it. The bathroom smelled like urine and the toilet seats were not secured .The "party package " that was discussed was not what was executed I was told that they ran out of party bags and had to purchase my own when I got there I asked to speak to the manager Berdell Day ( who did not introduce herself at the time) was very rude and did not speak to me when I presented my issue. She approached me with two of her employees and and they did all the talking as she stood there with her hands folded. I never received a contract as requested so at that point I left it alone because I realized I would not get my issue resolved with the responses I was getting. They get their pizza from dominoes as I witnessed the $16 dollar pizza I paid for be delivered by dominoes ( which I could of paid 7.99 for but that's besides the point).The room was dirty along with the inflatable chair for the birthday child being extremely dirty and I had to clean it myself as the party planner stood and watched me. At the end of my visit my step mother and I tried to get the name of the manager so we could do a formal complaint and the staff at the counter reported they didn't know her name. When she did eventually come out she gave us her name but her staff was rude and one young lady took off her vest and tried to persue a fight because we told her to mind her business. The manager is rude and allows her staff to disrespect guest as clearly she has no control of them, the customer service is horrible and the conditions are poor. This place is no place for children as the staff on several levels do not provide a safe environment for the children. I am disappointed and will be taking further action.

Better than it was. They rearranged the jumpy houses, and the layout is much better. Went to a kid's birthday party Saturday, and the party hosts there were great this time!

We took our boys (aged 2 & 6) to Monkey Joe's in Tucker at Northlake Festival on 3/5/17. We hadn't been there for quite some time before this.

A real disappointment.

First off, it looked like they didn't own a vacuum cleaner. We found trash everywhere; inside the bounce houses and all over the floor.
There was a metal strip on some steps that was sticking up so we went to notify someone. My wife was immediately told by an employee, "There's nothing we can do about it." She asked for a manager. A girl came and introduced herself as the manager so my wife told her about the metal sticking up on the step. She then said "hang on" another woman came from the back and introduced herself as the manager. My wife, now pissed, had to start over with all the details of how disappointed we were about the condition of this place. The "real" manager seemed annoyed that we were bringing up the issues we had.
My wife asked the manager if they were getting ready to close or go out of business, and she said "no, we're always busy and making a lot of money". She gave us our money back and got someone to start sweeping. She then went and put another piece of tape on the metal on the step to "fix" it.

I post this, not to harm this business or embarrass the employees, but to reach the owner and manager. They SHOULD be embarrassed. This is a perfect example of poor management and training. The employees don't think that maintaining Monkey Joe's is important because the management doesn't emphasize the importance of it.
