The cashier lady who looked like owner had very rude attitude. I am wondering how you manager your own business like this way. Also the bowl you get (even the large bowl) is extremely small. I would rather go with all you can eat buffet which is the same price lol.

They gave me the wrong bowl which had jalapenos and hot seasoning that i couldnt eat. 15 dollars in the trash.

My experience at this place was really bad. The employees and the cashier were so disappointing and rude. They treat people with disrespect and not in a good way. I don’t recommend this place to anyone. The food was not cooked and it didn’t taste good. Nothing was good at this place from my experience.

I was excited to see a Mongolian Grill at the tyler mall, as I've been to similar places, and enjoyed my experience. However, I was highly disappointed. The employees were overwhelming rude. I found it absolutely appalling the manner in which they treated me. They ruined my order on purpose by over seasoning it, and the food was over priced. The meat was also undercooked so I couldn't eat it comfortably. This was undoubtedly a waste of my time and money. My day was ruined.

I came to eat here with my boyfriend today and the end result was a disappointment. When the woman first gave us our plates back, there was a bunch of water inside the plate still and the noodles were undercooked, my boyfriend asked for it to be cooked a little more and it came back tasting worse!!!!! If we could give a negative review we would, maybe the cook just didn't know what she was doing.
Update: we were able to get our money back, the cook was nice about it.
