Absolutely love this place! Mike was very respectful to my husband and I on several occasions. I loved all the pieces that I have bought from Monarch. My husband bought my new wedding ring here, it's beautiful. I bought my husband new wedding band here and he absolutely loves it! We will continue to buy from Monarch.

I wouldn't send my worst enemy to this dump, Mike gains your trust and then sells you JUNK and then when you call him out on it he turns beat red and flips out. $1200.00 for a ring that i ws told could be bought for $150.00.. Lets not mention the CASH deals to avoid SALES TAX eh scam artist? NYS has been notified of that as well pal. $ 5.00 for a half charged batteries from China. worth about 15 cents. oops, sorry mike, probably shouldn't have said that either eh? To the Public, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED !!

The owner was very helpful knowledgeable and has supported a number of my fundraising events. He even took the time to send me a picture of a watch that I was thinking about buying for my son, when I was in the store earlier in the week. Very friendly and reasonable on the prices.
