I took my car here, after I wrecked it, because it was in my insurance network. After I left I could here a noise in the front of my car. They told me it was nothing and they couldn't hear it. Then my husband had to go and show them the noise . Apparently instead of test driving it on the road they were just driving it around the parking lot. They tried to tell us it was the dust pan and fixed it but I could still hear the nnoise. A few months later the steering rack that the replaced went bad. They did replace it under warranty but it's irritating that they didn't figure out when I told them the first time.

They take a while to schedule and do the work but they turn out excellent results. I have had my BMW and Ford Focus ST in their shop several times for bodywork and both cars came out beautifully restored each time. Highly recommended.

I've been taking my vehicle here for a couple of years now and their customer service is excellent, they are knowledgeable, and the price can't be beat. I have a hard time trusting car repair businesses, and I feel completely comfortable with Classic. I wouldn't take my vehicle anywhere else.

I first went here for an insurance claim repair, they were listed as one of the trusted mechanics so I didn't have to deal with getting a check from the insurance company, everything was submitted through them. The insurance work was done on time with no hassle from either the shop or the insurance company.

I went back to have more work done, the prices are very reasonable and the work done was great in my opinion. I do a lot of work myself but I take my vehicle here whenever something is outside my range.

***AVOID THIS PLACE*** I'll never considering using Classic Automotive again. After I brought my car here, they held my car for a week while they tried to find the right parts. After a week they told me they couldn't find the parts and wouldn't work on my car but they did tell me that they would charge me a few hundred dollars for a week's worth of storage. On top of this, when I went to pick up my car and questioned the storage charge, they verbally threatened me and basically threw me out of the building (after they took the storage payment, that is). Horrible customer service, questionable skills and an all around poor experience
