Don’t ask questions regarding your health/mental or any other. They will refer you to another Doctor if you ask too many questions. God forbids you want to know more about yourself! They will get rid of you quick!!

Just awful. Front desk even jumped in to cover for the guy when I tried to figure out the complaint procedure. Just. Awful.

The front office staff is very unprofessional and incompetent. The medical records department is also extremely rude and unorganized especially when it comes to prior authorizations and fees. They don’t explain thoroughly what is needed and if they make a mistake they blame the patient. I even spoke the office manager and she too was uncaring and I’ll-mannered. There’s always a different & new fee for everything. Stay far away from this office!!! They only want to take your money!

Front office staff is very unprofessional. They need to be taught some people skills and how to speak to people in a respectful manner.
