Very helpful and friendly customer service. Took the time to learn our needs, offered and educated us on options but focused on needs and equipment that would make things easier, more comfortable and, most importantly, more safe.

Great Hometown Medical Device Company. They have a great selection of Advanced Power recliners and lift chairs and an awesome selection of scooters and Power wheelchairs. Ask for Bill he is awesome.

The staff are extremely knowledgeable. They take the time to understand our specific needs and then help us find the best solution instead of pushing standard options. As the owner of Real McCoy Home Care, I will recommend them to all my clients who need tools to help improve their day.

My wife and I LOVE the staff here. They really care. Never once did we ever feel like they were just trying to sell us stuff. Let's face it, they are there to supply items of need, not wants. No one wants to need their products but the fact is that some of us do. They are caring and compassionate and that comes through in every conversation you have with them. It is obvious that their primary goal is to assist people in improving their quality of life. They really go above and beyond.
