I was selling here for a little over a year and it has declined since my initial review of 5 stars. Two times I’ve tried to sell devices here within the recent weeks and I have been chatting with people from 8 AM through sometimes late afternoon like 6 PM at times, all due to the delays with responses from their representatives on their chat option on google. On random days someone will tell you “they’ll buy on Tuesday’s” but come Tuesday and suddenly they’re not buying that day either. It’s unreliable and inconsistent, nothing like what it was before. Customer service online isn’t reliable or within the prices they’re buying latest models for either. Prices fluctuate ridiculously. My 13 Pro Max could be bought anywhere from $350-$500 depending on what they change it to, when in reality brand new this phone retails for $1099 still even if it’s carrier specific. The store advertises that this company sells and buys phones. They don’t have any signage customer-facing at least, where they disclose CERTAIN days phones can be sold there. I live too far to be taking risky drives here to be told no once I’m there.

I’m only leaving 3 stars because the reps in person are decent. When you are actually on a “selling day”, it’s usually straight forward otherwise. I’ve never had any issues once I’m there.
