Bad costumer service, don't ask for estimate.

Unacceptable service, now I understand life happens but I cannot accept this as professional business. Now my girlfriend set up services with this man to repair the alternator on our car, which was done but the part needed to replace was not in stock. The auto zone which he went to said it would be in the next day from Kansas City. The following day he told my girl that he would be by in the morning to finish the job. He was given the money for half the labor and the part (which he gave an estimate was 194 dollars, however auto zone said the part was only 150ish at best). He was give us the run around all day is now not accepting our calls, or returned to finish the job/return the money for the part. I would not recommend him at this point or do business with him, because of this shady practice.
