    Picked up my new Outback this past weekend and absolutely love it! Jessie (sales person) and Jason (sales manager) were both awesome throughout the entire process. From start to finish Jessie was SO helpful. She answered my questions, showed me different model options and then found exactly what I was looking for! Even George who went over all the financial particulars was so nice and explained everything in detail. Honestly, if you want to have a completely seamless new car experience, go to Mitchell Subaru!

    Excellent experience overall!
    All staff were professional, very knowledgeable, and attentive to all the details. The sales rep's calm and professional demeanor helped me to feel very comfortable and I trusted that he was committed to providing great customer service.

    This was my third new car purchase from a dealership. Mitchell Subaru put all the others to shame. I will not go anywhere else in the future. My sales rep Nick was fantastic. There was no pressure and he did everything to keep us happy! When it came down to financing we had the pleasure of working with Josh. These two are a duo!! They made the experience of buying a car fun, like it should be! There was no stress or pressure from either one of them. Again, I can not praise or thank them both enough!!! They earned a lifelong client.

    I went to Mitchell Subaru to buy my first ever new car.
    When i got there i was greeted by a saleswoman, Jessie.
    I already had my mind made up about what model and trim I wanted. But had some specific and technical questions about the car in mind. Jessie took the time, and did some research to answer all of my questions truthfully.
    Jessie had a very sincerely happy attitude. There was no pressure to "upgrade" this, or you "need" this. She was very straight forward and told me the truth the whole way through the buying process.
    Then when I had to meet with the financial advisor, I had the pleasure of talking with Josh. He, just like Jessie, had a very positive attitude and was sincere with helping me decide between a lease, and financing the car.

    The entire buying process was very laid back and it felt comfortable and not forced.
    The entire time we all were laughing as if we had been friends for years. We all ended up talking and laughing for 45 minutes after the doors closed and the sale was done.

    Overall, I never thought how much fun I could have buying my dream car. I was dreading going to a dealership because of all the pressure on the sale.
    All i can say is that the experience i had at Mitchell with Jessie and Josh will probably be the best experience I'll ever have buying a car. And to anyone reading this, in my opinion, Mitchell is the best Subaru dealer in Connecticut and they will take care of you, whether buying a car, or having yours fixed. I love doing business with Mitchell and this experience only made it better.

    Professional, fast, and responsive. This was the best car buying experience I've ever had. No hard sells, no pressure, just a conversation about what I wanted, and a presentation of options. I'd recommend this dealer to anyone.

    Don at Mitchell Subaru worked very hard to compete with another dealership I made a deal with. He saved me a couple Grand and found me something more reliable, in better shape and saved me almost $50 a month on payments. After the sale I discovered a problem with the heat shield and rear brakes. Don had that fixed in one day for free and I'm actually on the way over there now to pick up my vehicle. George was very helpful with all the paperwork as well. These salesmen at Mitchell Subaru actually care about keeping their customers and love what they do.

    I was looking for a used car and Mitchel Subaru had a few that I wanted to test drive. I went in there and they blew me off my feet. Super nice, really respectful and most of all, honest. They gave me the best price and hooked me up with a brand new 2017 Subaru Impreza Sport. Mitchell Subaru felt like family. Awesome experience. I would recommend to anybody and everybody within 100 miles.

    Bought a car at Mitchell Subaru this past week and had a great experience from start to finish with Nick the salesman. He listened to what I wanted in a car package and did not try to persuade us into getting more than we had wanted. He answered my many questions including packages available for the new car, and about the lease we turned in. When the car arrived for pick up, he ensured that it was perfect and went over all of the features of the car. He spent the extra time to sync my cell phone to the car and sat with me while I made sure I knew what each of the controls were. Amazing service. Highly recommend.

    My experiences have always been extremely positive with Mitchell Subaru. My family and I have been coming here since I was a child and we couldn't be more satisfied. The service is always exceptional. Matt helped me during my last visit and he was both speedy, considerate of my time, and friendly. 5 stars - Charles Brooks

    The BEST car shopping experience ever! From Kayla that first contacted me to Richard Perry in sales Jason Ford the GM and Steve the business manager these truly great and professional people made this a very pleasant and painless purchase. All auto dealers should follow the lead of this great staff !

    Amazing experience!
    Test drove my Forester, loved it. Heat shield was rattling but they tightened it up. Smooth ride. Amazing salesmen, great friendly attitudes. Loved the desk screens. Makes paperwork easier and faster.

    Don Douglas was our salesman. He went out of the way to make sure we had a pleasant experience before and during the sale. Post sale he has been excellent help with ever question we could have. I'd highly recommend Mitchell Subaru, especially if Don is your sales guy!

    I've been a Subaru fan for a decade, until I had to deal with this dealership earlier this year I sold my Subaru to them on March 9th, 2017: manager Jason Ford "took care" of the transaction. The car was under a loan, so they were supposed to send the pay-off check to the bank "within 9 days". Instead Jason (and team) waited until after I made another $500 payment towards my loan so they would send $500 less to the bank! Soon I contacted Jason and asked for my $500 refund which he promised to take care of "within 2 weeks". Since then I've made countless calls and text messages to Jason. It's mid June now. At some point he just stopped responding.
    I'm seeking legal help now to recoup my money. But I wanted to get the word out to save other folks lots of time and 💰. Jason wasted many hours of my time and simply kept lying. This is my first Subaru dealership with horrible service. Others have been great in the past.
