The worst post-secondary educational facilities one can attend. They are unorganized, the school itself forces their students to perform unreasonable tasks (such as completing courses that are not required, nor a part of their desired degree), the staff (including most professors) are mediocre. I do not recommend that ANYONE attend this university. The school itself should be shut down.

I don't know the rest of the departments. But at least on the Education one, there is a lot of racism. My daughter failed an observation class, where everybody knows that all students pass it. ( They just need to observe and follow the teacher directions). I am a teacher, and I know that something was wrong from the beginning.
Just because she is hispanic. I contact the president, and nobody did anything about it.
I also met a black student, from the Science department who had a bad experience with a Science Teacher. Definitely NOT a good university for Minorities.
However. Northwest Missouri State University in Maryville opens its door to everybody!! No wondering it is full of people from India and other countries.response / report this review -

Every time I go there everyone treats me with respect, and the staff and students are always asking if I need help! They are always looking to lend a helpful hand

Current student(2017) and I can say this school is what you make it. There are tons of opportunities for students, you just have to be on the lookout. A great option for local students and those from across the country.

The school is nice and the classes are great, but the Financial Aid Office and the Business Office needs to seriously get their ducks in a row. I've never had a smooth encounter when dealing with them and I always get conflicting information, among other things. Communication is always a huge hassle. Get it together.
