  They never value time and effort of the patient. If you are away from work due to appointment be ready to take an off that day for at least half a day. They(Admin and reception) are very in efficient There is no meaning of taking an appointment on a scheduled time as it would be delayed by an hour or so. Really bad experience. Pathetic.

  I had a very pleasant experience overall.I was referred by an orthopedic physician and walked in to make an appointment around 3pm. The front desk staff were very accommodating and got me situated to see a doctor within 15 minutes. From there I maybe waited a total of 10 to 15 minutes after that. When I walked in, the wait room consisted of probably 8 people plus me waiting for appointments. All of those people and myself were seen very promptly. My vitals and everything were taken by a nurse named stephanie who was a wonderful person. She handled everything professionally while making me feel comfortable at the same time. Then came time to see the doctor and she was outstanding also. I cannot remember her name, as I'm horrible with names, but she listened to what I had to say and offered me her advice as to what should be done. I'd had a past ankle surgery and recently moved to San diego, so I was fearful that I wouldn't get the recommended care and this place went above and beyond. I have since chosen to have all my medical needs taken care of here. Just an overall very pleasant experience.

  I was in and out in under two hours. I've come here whenever I've had an issue and their talented team has always found a solution. I highly recommend this place.

  Was first in the door at 8am. Still had to wait 40min to see a doctor. But the doctor was worth the wait! Was professional and extremely knowledgeable. Gave me correct medication after a different urgent care facility doctor gave me incorrect medication for what I had. Very pleased with the outcome.

  I went a few times and I was always treated well and waited a reasonable time. They were vere flexible with the appointment times.
