  I've got pros & cons about Miran Farm. I boarded there about 6 months until I had to put my horse down
  Miran Farm can be a nice place. jean french (resident trainer) is pretty knowledgeable in what she doesFareed does western riding & training & does roping.. Jean specializes in natural horsemanship( if you're into all that you are not forced into it there however) & she also does rehab & rehabilitation & is very knowledgeable in such. you can bring in your own trainer.
  They have a very large & nice indoor ring.. however it gets very dusty quite often. they also have a decent outdoor ring & pretty fields. the large barn attached to the indoor ring is a huge barn with large nice tack room,a lounge. the stalls are a good size. another good thing is ALL DISCIPLINES ARE WELCOMED.
  
  ****board is $625 per month for full board for the large barn attached to the indoor..if you want extra hay( more then 2 or 3 flakes) then you have to pay for that.you also have to ay for any extra or special feed needed.
  most everyone there is friendly Shorty, the barn manager is the nicest person.Fareed & Shorty living on the property which is a plus..they really don't trailer to shows & are not a show barn.
  
  the contact is VERY misleading . it states.. I quote " 30 days notice will be given by farm owners if the need should arise for the horse owner to leave the farm. 60 days notice or the equivalent in rent will be given by the horse owner if he/she ELECTS to leave the farm". now it states NOTHING about in case of something happening like putting your horse down,having to leave to have your horse boarded at a vet clinic due to an emergency. which i am now paying the price because the contact wasn't clear enough.be aware of that.
  
  ***There are things that need improvement the wooden barn really needs a lot of work and fixing up.Miran farm isn't the cleanest place. it's dusty & things like the feed room & wash stall need a good cleaning. the whole barn could use a good cleaning just to keep down dust there is suppose to be a "no drama" rule BUT there is drama there.just like there is at most barn. hey it's the horse world right? some of the small paddocks & the smaller round pen do need work with getting a few rocks out but they are still nice paddocks.. they do have 2 nice indoor baths rooms..
  
  Fareed can be a real harsh and unfair person when is comes to the contract and money. he will lie and switch up/change his mind on/with agreements made between him & the boarder.just way to much drama. and not a barn owner that you wanna deal with.he's not very understanding and is heartless when unexpected things happen.
  
  ***the fees for lessons with jean & for her training program I think are to high.****.
