They seem to proud of their DMV level of customer service and wait times! If you’re looking for automotive professionals that care about your vehicle as much as you, then I’d high recommend you go elsewhere. If you’re repairing your rental car, and don’t care how long it takes- then this is your place.

Excellent body shop. They fixed my Mercedes perfectly. I can't even tell where the damage was. They worked with the insurance company for me and I paid nothing out of pocket. Only took a couple of days to do the repairs. If anything every happens to any of my cars I will definitely go back here.

They left scratches on the dashboard, two dents in the fender that weren't there, and cut out a large chunk of the rubber gasket that goes under the hood, for no reason. Additionally, my manual transmission was loose when I got it back. When I addressed these issues with a manager, he said, "you can't prove that it wasn't already like that."

Their solution to wrapping wires under the hood is to use a lot of hastily-applied electrical tape. The paint job was good though, so kudos to the paint guy.

Repairs: 2011 Camaro left fender t-boned in spring 2012.

I try to be a positive person but I have nothing positive to say about this company.we were grossly over charged for the work that was done and it was not done to the extent we had expected. I can only imagine what they charge our insurance companies when they are paying.
The job was supposed to take 4 days but when I called last Thursday about picking up my car I was told it was still curing and had to wait until Monday (they are closed Friday thru Sunday) when my husband stopped by on Monday he was told the same thing and the car would be available Tuesday. At 5:45pm on Tuesday evening we were called that it was ready and since they closed in 15 minutes we didn't get the car until Wednesday.
