This place is HORRIBLE!!! And when looking at the reviews, isn't it a bit biased when you have your employees complete reviews??? This is a company based on "if you fit in or not" and some workers can't complete work timely or accurately. There are PLENTY of other glass company's in this area.do yourself a favor and pick another one.

After a thief smashed our car window, we went to City Glass. We made an appointment for 8 a.m. the next day and the car was ready with a perfect new window before 9:30. Fair price, too. If I have more glass needs in FWB, I'll be going to City Glass.

I have used many glass companies (and contractors) over the last 15 years in Destin doing renos, and these guys were the absolute worst by lightyears--not just for glass but out of all the contractors I have worked with. It took them four and half months and four attempts to do 4 small windows. During that period, they never met a date they committed to, nor did they notify me they wouldn't make it that day-- or even apologize afterwards for not showing up. They held up my entire condo flip with never an even slightly realistic forecast. To make it worse after they were finally done, they still wanted me to pay full price. I would never ever use them again and suggest you don't either.
