Firstly, there is no one ever here, even during their posted business hours. I came twice hoping to get my brows done only to find no one there. I came again the other day and someone was finally there, so I sat down and waited for her to finish with her other clients. One of which only had a $20 to pay with, so she went around asking the other waiting customers if any of us had change for a twenty? Anyways, I finally went up to be helped and the woman was sniffling and coughing the entire time, I was super grossed out, and here I am two days later with a killer cold - I am thoroughly disgusted and pissed off.

I loved the way they do my eyebrows, I have been going to them for 5 or more years now since they were in the mall and followed then when they left. However, they are never available when I get there, no one is ever there during their business hours that are clearly listed on the site. I waited 40 minutes this Wednesday and another 25 minutes today when they told me they would be there in 10 minutes when I called then. Ridiculous! I am taking my business elsewhere now as I am at the Brow bar in the mall. I dont have the time to be waiting around and lied to.

This place is very unprofessional. They'll have one person working the whole store while they have people waiting. Never here at the hours they say they will be. Don't run a business if you can't simply get here on time.

i went to get my eyebrows threaded for the first time because my sisters wedding is tomorrow i showed up at 1:25, no one was there. i called, no one answered. very disappointed and frustrated.

I have been going to them to get my eye brows threaded for about 2 years now. I went to them when they went to the mall and then followed them when they moved. Today I was treated very poorly. Today, is my 21st birthday and I got up early so I could be the 1st one in line when they opened up at 10am. Well I got there and they weren't there so i called and they said it would be 10-15 minutes. Okay whatever that's fine, even though this isn't the first time this has happened. 10:40 rolls around and no one, so i call again and she tells me 10 more minutes. I'm like "Are you serious I've already been waiting 40 minutes" and she tells me they don't open until 10:30am (even though online and the signs in the store say 10) but I will receive a discount. But LOL if you open at 10:30 why are you still not there?????? Anyways, 11:05 rolls around and still no one. So finally I left. Waiting an hour is long enough for me!
VERY VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!

But I did go to the eyebrow place at Linndale and they were VERY nice and did an amazing job. At least someone appreciates my business!
