Milnes ford lapeer will quickly and confidently erase any doubts or negative connotations that one may have associated with car dealerships. Tim and Austin from the service desk were exceptional and took care of any concerns i had, making sure i felt confident about the upcoming repairs i had brought my vehicle in for. Michelle was great as well, and set me up with a great loaner car while my baby was in the shop, answering every question i had with confidence. 10/10 to these three for making my visit quick and painless, keep up the great work guys!

My credit was not the best and I had tried multiple dealerships around the metro Detroit area. No cliche' but Milnes Ford was the last dealership i was going to try. I took to car gurus and found one last car in my price range at Milnes. Long story short Bill and Keith at Milnes were great supportive determined salesman and i drove away a very satisfied customer. I purchased a truck here several years ago, the sticker on the truck was $14,900. I offered them 15 out the door and they accepted my offer, when I went to sign the final paperwork they wrote it up as $15k+ tax, title, license and admin fees. They tried to charge me an extra thousand dollars, I refused to pay it. They countered back by saying they could do the 15 out the door like I originally offered but they would not be able to fix the scratches that we originally negotiated. Read the fine print if you buy here. I did sell the truck 2 years later for nearly the same price I pod for it, but if I wasn't paying close attention they would have ripped me off an extra grand.

Today, I bought my car, first time on my own and I can honestly say it was thanks to Bill Gunther. When I walked in, the car I originally wanted to look at was sold. However, Bill sat down and listened to what I needed in a vehicle and had a new trade in come to mind. I wasn't so sold at first. He was so helpful and even went the extra mile to send me videos and explain how everything worked to me. The process didn't even feel like I was buying a car. Everyone was super helpful and nice.
