Waitress provided terrific service and atmosphere was really nice and the food was good. We went at lunch time and did not have to wait long for service. Would definitely visit again they only reason I don't give it 5 stars is because we walked in and all the tables outside had not been cleared. Our waitress was quick to clean ours but this did not give a good first impression.

Awesome place with about 60 beers to choose from. Their Shrimp and chicken Cobb Salad is to die for with the dressing of your choice. $10.49 on the menu. Great little spot and a reliable chain restaurant. No wait time. Polite staff, clean restrooms. Check it out!

Ordered the calamari. Couldnt eat it. Was like they rolled it in salt! I had to pick all the batter off. They cut it off the bill, but still. Did not offer fresh batch. Waitress was great. Everyone else at table was happy.

Look at the last comment. I was actually there when the manager acted in VERY DISRESPECTFUL MANNER with a costumer. I only overheard the customer asking if he was the owner, and the manager kept saying I can do whatever I want here. Really???? You can even treat customers like that??????? I was actually surprised because the customer kept telling the manager, If I am not raising my voice don't raise yours! and the manager behaved like a total idiot!!! BTW, I was able to hear this because the manager was YELLING like a crazy madman. You can ask the employees that were present, I hope they will not deny it.

I had lunch with a friend at the Miller Ale House in Naples Fla it was delicious we had their meatloaf special plus a pepperoni flat bread plus an apple crisp for dessert, we split everything and could not finish plenty of food. Our waitress Lisa was the best ever and their Manager Joe went out of his way to talk to us, can’t wait to go back.

The Ale house house is an awesome place.. Great food,great bar specials and great staff.
My BIGGEST issue with the place is the outside bar ..The outside bar and dining is the best spot I think at the Ale house ..So nice to sit out doors ,however . It reaks of cigarette smoke..I would hope one day they would make this non smoking ..I bet they would pack this area.. I couldn't stay.. had a quick app ,cocktail and headed out to the fresh air.. I'm from RI .. The law states if your serving food smokers must be 50 feet from the building.. They serve food but the smokers all sit here and smoke away ..Too bad.response / report this review -

The 4 stars is probably higher than I should rate it. Used to like menu better years ago when location in Fort Meyers was one of only ones. They had more unique items like fish in a bag, where fish, vegetables, rice was essentially steamed. Now menu is like everybody else.

This is a fantastic place to take your family if you're looking for a casual experience. It's conveniently located by Costco and the movie theatre. When you're ready for a break from the beach and 5th avenue crowd come here for a down to earth time. Tons of TVs, tons of Beer and a menu to satisfy any taste. A safe bet.

My favorite place to go for lunch. Food is always amazing and comes out quick. Staff is friendly and helpful and prices are perfect for a quick bite or to sit outside and watch the game.

Always good service and food value. Generous portions, good atmosphere. We tend to go at off times during season, and more often in the off season, to avoid the crowds.

This was the worst meal.
Ordered baked potato and at 7:45 pm they were not ready. Tried to order a vegetarian. Also not ready. So I asked if I could order
1/2 broccoli. This was a good.
The broccoli was so filled with salt was not able to eat.
The cook said next time order plain.
The season ingredients could kill anyone with a heart problems.
